so, what's up, everyone? is the heartland brewery a good place to go, or what??? let's set this all up !!!!!!! i really don't know enough about this heartland brewery place; if someone can vouch for it, i think we should set the time and place as soon as possible!!! what do you know about it? is it a decent size? will they let people hang around the bar area? can people sit down and hang out? can people chow down on stuff? this is all important whatnot. if you can think of a place that's great for all of this, post it asap!!! i can't wait to meet everybody (and go to arc afterwards) !!!

i dunno about faces, but i shave my legs against the grain, armpits both up and down, and bikini line with an electric 'cause i got such bad razorburn with a razor (though i went with the grain when i used a razor). i've just started with the electric but i still get razorburn with it... maybe there's just no winning in areas too sensitive...

yeah - in my freshman year of high school i hung out with a group of four or five other girls a lot (and some guys) and eventually we all synced up, after being irregular for a while. it freaked us all out !

ok, i work in retail, and i have to listen to all that christmas music over and over on a loop; it's the same songs repeated all the time... but even besides that, there's something else that gets to me. why do they play all those songs about snow and shit when we're in entirely un-snowy l.a.? can't they skip those, or maybe write some new ones for people in warmer climates? it's even worse to have to sit through all that "let it snow," "i'm dreaming of a white christmas," and "to hear sleighbells in the snow" caca. sorry to be a "bah humbug" type; i've always hated christmas. but if you had to listen to this "jinglejinglejingle" crap all day long, all week long, all month long, you'd go nuts, too .

i'm off to see diggers at the palace for avalon's event. i'm gonna try to find more effective earplugs than the ones i already have, though i'm hoping that the volume won't be a problem ...

very cool .my mom and stepfather met in group therapy back in 1981 and are in couple's therapy now (and have been for many years) . i guess it was about 4 years ago that the therapist invited my brother and me along to a session and it really went horribly; i couldn't say what i feel, which is that they shouldn't be married. what do you do, as a couple's therapist, when you feel that the relationship between a married couple is hopeless, destructive, and, for the good of both parties, should end?
