Hi Millie! The best way to stay healthy as far as I can tell is a balanced diet, regular exercise, plenty of sleep and a daily multi-vitamin. If you're already sick - ecanacea and zinc may help. And don't forget to drink lots of fluids and rest! Other things that help stay healthy? Vitamin C chicken soup don't share your water bottle don't stay up all night partying!
