On the first day of a cold the best thing to do is take ALOT of echineaca. I take like 2000 mgs every couple of hours. I also eat zinc lozenges as directed on the box, I take 3000 mgs of vitamin c and 2 multi vitamins. By the second day you don't feel any worse than you did and if you continue through the second day of the cold, by the third day you'll be fine! This always works for me. I woke up thurs. morning sick sooooooooooooooooo sick. TOday I felt better, not quite 100% but by tomorrow, I'm sure I'll be back to my old self and I'll be able to go out and enjoy myself!!!!! ------------------ You're only young once
