  1. Joe just informed me that you need to be a paid subscriber to CNN.com to watch it. Apparently Roadrunner customers (which I am one of) get free access to it. Pretty sick though
  2. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it myself. So ummm...here it is: http://www.cnn.com/2002/SHOWBIZ/11/19/jackson.baby.reut/index.html Make sure you watch the video :worry2:
  3. careful...joe might get mad at you...I think he wants dibs on me:worry2:

  6. I always bring some of this to my favorite club:
  7. That's almost as many points he has on his license:laugh:
  8. This is true. Most people don't do anything 10,000 times in their life but eat and sleep.
  9. She looks kind of nasty in that new movie with her unibrow and mustache :worry2:
  10. Since I won't be able to make it to Roxy tonight for Carl Cox I thought I would throw down my own set of bangin' techno on tonight's Metro Mix Radio show, from 6pm-8pm ET. I'll be starting off the show with a special tribute to DJ Jam Master Jay... Tune in and then party safe tonight! IM me your comments/requests to "bklynmikec". 11. I think he gave it to some girl who he thought would appreciate it. Guess he was wrong Now you've got me reminiscing for the OLD Vinyl days!
  12. I was juuuuust gonna say that! You were one of the first people I met from CP. Man that was a great night! Me and my roommate Greg, anthrax-scare style...
  13. After you finish the dodo mission there's just one more left, where you chase a helicopter with your car and end up at the dam. You should definitely go and finish the game. One thing I noticed about Vice City is that it just doesn't have that "grittyness" that GTA3 has. I guess that's because you're in a city like Miami where everything is sunny and glossy and brightly colored. The missions are much more involved in VC. An example of a fun mission (half-spoiler below so read at your own risk): You're ordered to stir up a riot at a union rally at a construction site. You need to go buy a new outfit, then show up at the site where you have to punch at least four guys (there's like 50 of them rallying). Once the riot starts you then need to steal a gun off one of the armed security guards. Then you need to blow up the three security vans on the site. So they tell you to blow up the red barrels next to the vans. All this running and aiming while there's pandemonium around you! The third van doesn't blow up so you need to steal it and dispose of it yourself away from the site. Good stuff!
  14. I found a chainsaw inside an apartment building. nuts!
  15. After about 6 hours of game time (only a couple of missions completed...the rest of the time was spent wandering) I can say this.. VC is great. There's no doubt about that. It's better in most ways than GTA3. However, it *is* just more of the same. Graphics slightly polished, better gun-aiming system. It feels like an add-on to GTA3, and that's fine. Maybe when a true sequel like GTA4 arrives (PLEASE let it be on XBOX) then there will be more of a reason to be excited. The two best features so far: the kick-ass soundtrack and the motorcycles:D
  16. Interesting topic...if I may broaden it a little bit, I started a best/worst subway performer thread...
  17. Continuing from LavenderMenace's Subway DJ post... Who has wowed you? Who do you hate?
  18. I beat GTA3 with no cheats (still haven't completed 100 packages, rampages, vigilante missions, etc).. But if I ever got REALLY stuck I'd go to gamefaqs.com and get some tips off an FAQ. All I got to say is, after playing GTA:VC for a couple hours last night...how SIIIIICK are the motorcycles???
