so much hurt, so much anger....damn this exit music!!!! Its by Tony Draper, called "Band Camp" and is only available every friday night @ exit, usually during the peak of his set--- meaning its not released. Mike BuGouT

all i wanna say on tony's behalf..... he had NO CLUE who I was and I didnt know him, still really don't, and yet I gave him my track and he listened to it and now he plays it every week (esp at huge times of the nite) he complimented me and told me he loves it and that I did a really good job and he rocks it for NYC's largest crowd every week..... of course the thing everyone sez about his tracks, that they don't survive outside of 56th.....possibly true....but he specifically caters to his crowd and doesn't dissappoint them (unless he doesnt play a certain track sometimes) Granted, someone like JP not only caters to his crowd but also makes music that not only survives outside the club, but also makes the charts. But Tony's work makes that place go berzerk every friday and isnt that all that really matters? Plus I respect him for playing as hard as he does....I will agree that his programming could use a lil work, but I fear ever having to program an 8 hr nite for that large of a crowd...not an easy job by far.... he's not my favorite dj, but u gotta respect the fact that he rocks that place every week-- Mike BuGouT

thanks fellas.....i was having as good a time playing that shit as u were listening to it.....from 215-315 was the only part of the nite I enjoyed... except for 430 when draper played my track after band camp....i still jump up and down when i hear it on that floor with the people and the lights and alll....I called paulie and left him a message just of the crowd....lol Mike BuGouT

For the red room cd...me and paulie looped the guitar from catscan's fawkin night and threw the acapella of my friend's track over it...that acapella you wont find anywhere..... as far as movie samples--for intro's their ehhhh....in tracks they work sometimes....no matter how cheesy, Deadly Force still gets a huge reaction no matter what crowd I play it for.... I feel like intro's are very important, it sets the tone for the whole set/CD Mike BuGouT

Realz.. glad u like the cd...make sure you come thru dec 7th...I pull out a lot more shit when i play live....I never got the whole justin H experience when he was doing the red room but i do remember reading post after post about it...all good things...the last few weeks room has been pretty empty from what i saw....dont know how jay speed did on fri i was on the main floor most the night....but im hoping to have all you CP heads roll up in there for me and paulie's set...Im preparing already....plus red cd pt 2 is almost complete...
