element, you are on point. It was not just about location, organization, and teamwork. In that specific case, Gender was simply an attribute that the men could not have overcome. Im sure the men would have faired much better if they did select a better location. That one guy was an investment manager on wall street -- why didnt he know the area better & why did he pick fulton fish market? Anyway, i agree totally with them getting rid of that horrible guy with the MD & MBA. He had no people skills, no innovation, no communication skills & has to learn that money is not made in the classroom. Like the guy said, he would be a good "right hand man", but not a good leader.
