  1. Separation of Church and state isn't absolute concept. If you read the cases concerning the Establishment Clause you'd know that. I just read the decision, and it flies in the face of established precedent. That's a fact. Let's not get overexcited about this. It's only an appeals court decision, and like I said, the ninth circuit gets it WRONG often. I really don't care about either side of the issue, just trying to give an objective unattached view of this.
  2. I'm not even religious but this is a stupid decision. The Supreme Court will reverse this decision I'd bet. The ninth circuit has the worst record among federal courts of appeals for being reversed the Supreme Court. I don't think it will be any different in this case.
  3. LoL. Good lord. You just painted awful imagery in my mind. What's the world coming to?
  4. Played out. Track has been out since last year, then KTU got a hold of it within the past few months, and that was the end.
  5. I just heard this remix. Very nice. Dean Coleman also did a good job remixing this track. I actually prefer the Coleman bootleg.
  6. All I have to say is White Castle burgers = Roach burgers. I don't even want to get into details. BADDDDD experience.
  7. Holy Shyt!!!! Louie DeVito!!!! :jawdrop: :jawdrop:
  8. It's not JP's mix. Someone else did it. And it's not the Razormaid mix either. I don't know how anyone that's heard the two could get them confused. Anyway, don't know when it will be coming out, sorry.
  9. Haha. No I should be studying for the bar right now. Let me get back to that now.
  10. No, there really are grounds for a law suit. It's copyright infringement. The club could be liable if they knew the performer was a fake as well. I unfortunately spent the last three years of my life in law school, so I know this stuff.
  11. Very true. Be prepared to play second fiddle. If you can't deal with that or understand that, don't bother.
  12. That's the million dollar question. If someone has a child at 17 you may assume immaturity, but I necessarily wouldn't. Shit happens. She's also 20, which is another factor to consider. The woman I saw with a child was 24, had a 2 year old, had her own place and was employed. Not likely this girl we're talking about now falls into that category, but who knows. If the guy isn't looking to get married at his young age, I don't see why it would be a big deal. The only thing that would concern me if the father of the child was a prick still in the girl's life and was going to make this guy's life miserable. Good luck.
  13. I would do it and have done it. As long as she's mature and has her head screwed on straight, I don't see any problem with it. Don't automatically assume she's looking for a "substitute father".
  14. Blubster is still a massive memory hog. I have 256 megs of RAM and it stills slows my computer to the point of crashing. I hope they fix this problem in the new version. When it actually does work, it has worked well for me. For now I'll stick with WinMx.
  15. I'm also feelin': Noel Sanger - Dissident, and the track someone posted already, DJ Remy - Butterfly (Pappa and Gilbey Mix)
  16. This is exactly what I mean about people airing their personal dramas on the board--much more info than ANYONE needs to know.
  17. Gaultier - Le Male, hands down IMO.
  18. Oh, I could go on and on, but if I did I'd never get any studying done.
  19. Damn how could I forget this one. We just talked about it.
