We had a great kickoff party at Sully, it was great to see so many friends form the board... great times.
Al and Ceasar destroyed that club... Phil K was not what I expected but very impressive and a great guy... My parents partied all night and all was good till I left my record bag in the cab on the way home...
We'll be back at Sully in September... thanks for all the support and Gabe thanks for not doing that hump move to my Mom on the floor!

This asshole really takes the cake

Went to PR in February and went to Babylon in El San Juan and a few more other clubs that weren't as ritsy. Babylon is supposed to be the best but it depends on what you enjoy...people there are dressed to nine so you better forget about wearing jeans and a wifebeater. Personally, I enjoyed the more ghetto clubs where people quote songs word for word and are actually natives.

I can now see why you have red repuation.

The Fabric series is great. It reflects the programming of the club itself. Every DJ that has put out a Fabric compilation plays at Fabric regularly. Fabric is the one club in London where you will get broadest diversity of music, except you won't hear much prog, except when Sasha or Digweed are there, and no trance. It's definitely more of an underground sound rather than the generic, monotonous house that many DJs are beating to death.
Personally I like DJ Heather, but not really a fan of her CD.
Look out for Ivan Smagghe's (a/k/a Black Strobe) compilation. He's been one of the most consistently good residents at Fabric the past year.

I dont care what may ppl say about avalon or that the corwd is full of FOBS, which is true you cant deny it, but this past couple of days that i've been clubbin there I had a great time. Great music, so so in the vibe but there are still some beautiful ppl in there. Well last night Eddie, Felix and Steve played a great set wish didnt end but oh well.

WOW so i heard the set sat morning and i must say it has changed my life. Now i def DONT EVER wanna hear trance music again. Sorry. I tried listening to this thing but it sounded all the same to me and i kept thinkin hey this is garbage for me, but beautiful to many many others. Just like my tastes arent for everyone as well. And that makes a beautiful world. I rather be surrouded by 40 people who can dance to house music then be in a stadium filled with 400000000 people hearing/staring at him.
Um and one more thing BRITNNEY SPEARS may pack arenas all over the world just like tiesto but is she a better singer than a CHAKA KAHN or a NATALIE COLE or ARETHA FRANKLIN.

yea web hall on saturdays is complete garbage(only went cuz i had a few comps), its def like walking into the adams family living room,all tourists there and the asain sway dance wasn't even in effect,what i found redicoulous was that they charge $5 for a wristband to go outside and smoke, i know its an off night guys but cmon get it together somehow mayb not like u were 5 years ago but, somehow.

it was a big letdown from last yr and the old tiesto. his fluffy trance doesnt do anything for me. it doesnt make u wanna move or wanna dance. alot of people i know were letdown. he also sucked in ny. and we were really looking forward to hearing him again down at space. thats all. he has changed alot in the past yr. now i know that he is no where as talented as pvd for eg. pvd, ferry as trance djs have never let me down and he has a couple of times now, thats why im dissapointed in him. i thought he would one of those djs that would never fade as pvd. no need for u people to get all crazy on me now..take a chill pill and go to sleep.

had an AWESOME time at Spirit last night...got there around 2 and David Guetta was playing The Weekend...that got the crowd going a bit...this is one of the emptiest I've ever seen a club, it never got more than half full at any point in the night - which was great - tons of room to dance your ass off...heres what else i remember DG spinning - Geht Noch, Bang Bang, the world is mine, just a little more love, calabria, and many more i cant remember right now....i really like his style - euro jazzy house, vocals, some breaks, and even some scratching...even though the club was pretty empty he was really into it and paying tribute to everyone on the dance floor...
exacta came on after him, and i was pretty impressed...completely different style from DG obviously - harder, nyc house...
crowd was very good actually - lots of hot females and great dancers...people were there to dance...i'd give it an 8.5/10
