  1. My girls are anal retentive and did take them everyday, exact same time. One's mom was even a planned parenthood nurse so trust me she knew what she was doing. Every commom form of prescribed birth contol is 99% effective. 1% is small but still there I have no qualms, I've been on it for years with no issue - just pointing out a fact.
  2. I'd do 3 of 5 youngens
  3. Yes, a girl can simply spot not getting a regular period and still become pregnant. Use protection. I've even had 2 friends become pregnant while on birth control even, nothing is 100% except abstinence and we all know how fun that is
  4. I have only been given one nice diamond ring, no not an engagement ring, a promise ring. I cherish it, but if I ever do loose it, it is fully insured and replaceable but I would be honest about it because the ring has a lot of sentimental value to me.
  5. Shaven or very lowly trimmed

    Sex please....

this article was from a local NBC affiliate Oh Yes! Sex Can Be Good For You Doctors Say That Sex In Moderation Can Lead To Longevity POSTED: 9:32 a.m. EST November 17, 2003 UPDATED: 9:34 a.m. EST November 17, 2003 NEW YORK -- What would you rather do: Have sex or run 15 minutes on a treadmill? It turns out, both use up about the same amount of energy -- and when practiced in moderation, doctors say sex can be healthy. Recent medical research shows that sex can be good for your health. "You can live longer if you have frequent sex," said Dr. Barbara Bartlik, a psychiatrist and sex therapist at New York Weill-Cornell Medical Center. "It gets your blood pressure up and your pulse up for short period of time and that's very good for your body in general." Recent studies have shown sex can reduce depression, relieve pain, reduce the risk of prostate cancer, and make you less vulnerable to colds and flu. Women may also benefit from sex-induced hormonal changes. "If a woman has frequent sex, at least once a week on a regular basis, she may go through menopause later," Bartlik said. "Conversely if a woman doesn't have sex frequently, she may have menopause earlier. And that the earlier menopause comes, the more likely she is to develop bone problems and cardiovascular problems." Men don't go through menopause, but sex can be healthy for them, too. One study of 1,000 men showed those who had more frequent sex had half the death rate of men who had less sexual activity. The physical activity involved in sex is only part of the answer. Dr. John Mulhall of New York Weill-Cornell Medical Center says psychological factors may be even more important for longevity. "I think intimacy is important," Mulhall said. "Intimacy translates into improved relationships and that translates into improved health in general. For most couples in the United States, intimacy involves sexual activity." "If you look at people over 80 years of age, 40 percent of them are having sexual activity on a regular basis," Mulhall continued. "Whether it's intercourse or other forms of sexual activity is not that important. It's sexual activity. That translates into better relationships and better ability to deal with medical problems." Of course, too much sex can be unhealthy -- especially if it's with multiple partners. Indiscriminate sex is stressful, and puts a person at risk for sexually transmitted diseases.
  7. I think it's her no question. The sad part for her, is how she won't take her eyes off of the camera. Its like 'take a look at me' so she obviously knew it was there, then why the fuck make such a big deal about it? I will admit the only reason I even watched it, I don't care for Paris at all, but was becaue of the huge fuss her family was making over keeping it off the internet. to that!
  8. Too funny!! The wheelbarrow looks real comfy
  9. Since the link doesn't work tiddles here's the article for those too lazy to type the address in. Dark Beer May Be Better for the Heart Flavonoids in Dark Beer May Help Prevent Blood Clots By Peggy Peck Reviewed By Michael Smith, MD on Tuesday, November 11, 2003 WebMD Medical News Nov. 11, 2003 (Orlando, Fla.) -- The real beer argument is not "Tastes great" vs. "Less filling." It's dark vs. light, and the winner, according to a University of Wisconsin heart researcher, is dark brew because it can help prevent blood clots. John D. Folts, PhD, professor of medicine and director of the coronary thrombosis research laboratory at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, tells WebMD that dark beer is rich in flavonoids, which have powerful antioxidant effects. "It's about color. You can see the flavonoids in products on the shelf," he says. The rich flavonoid content makes red wine more heart friendly than white wine and purple grape juice a better choice for toddlers than white grape juice, he says. Folts presented his dark beer-light beer study at the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions 2003. Folts and his colleagues fed dark and light beer to dogs that had narrowed arteries in their hearts, similar to the narrowing observed in people with heart disease. Only dogs fed dark beer had less stickiness of their blood clotting cells, says Folts. This was true even though the blood alcohol level in the dogs was the same. He says he is currently conducting similar tests in humans. In that study, volunteers drink two bottles of either light or dark beer a day. Early indications are that dark beer again is more active at fighting blood clots than light beer, he says. "We are also testing purple grape juice and non-alcoholic red wine," he says. In each case, the dark beverage demonstrates superiority to light colored beverages. Are Flavonoids the Key? Valentine Fuster, MD, PhD, director of the cardiovascular institute at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, says he is not convinced that flavonoids add anything to the already well-known heart protective effect of alcohol. "We know alcohol works," he tells WebMD. In order to prove that flavonoids add anything to the alcohol benefit, human studies are needed. Also, Fuster, who was not involved in the study but who has studied the relationship between alcohol and reduced risk for heart disease, says all alcohol studies should be approached with caution. "There is always the risk that the data will be misinterpreted and people will consume too much. Any more than two drinks a day is too much." For those who are dark beer drinkers -- or drinkers of red wine or purple grape juice -- Folts says they can gain the maximum heart benefit by "drinking these beverages with meals" so that they can fight the increase in free radicals that occurs when the body begins to metabolize food. Free radicals trigger oxidative stress, which has been linked to heart disease and inflammation, says Folts.
