  1. Exactly....I was digging thru my dust-laden cd rack and saw this maxi-cd that I bought back at end of 99. Gotta be one of the most memorable tracks from 99-00.
  2. It is John Creamer - Lift up the Needle (27th Street Anthem Mix)
  3. Byron Stingly - That's the Way Love is (Johnny Vicious Club Mix)

  7. off the hook, one of the best hard trance productions I've heard this year From being on the messageboards, I hear he's from NYC area. Congratulations Mike, nice production. If I'm correct, Hard'Onez is a collaborative effort with Lou Aiese, DJ N3ck, and Mikey Puff? Check out: Hard'Onez - 'Got to be Strong' on italian hard trance label Wicked.

D.O.N.S. - Pump Up the Jam 2005 on Kontor Deep Dish was rockn this at Nikki B
  9. Definitely one of my favs of all time. The vinyl is hard to come by, but if it is selling on one of the vinyl search portals, such as Gemm, sellers are charging quite a bit. As for old school pic: Sumba Lumba Not sure but think it's a Roger Sanchez production
  10. Also, forgot to mention the bands: Red Flag Celebrate the Nun and the others I know were already mentioned. The natural progression for me after new wave was techno in the late 80s, early 90s and then house and trance later. As for Yaz's 'Upstairs at Eric's, just bought the LP vinyl on eBay! Def one of the best albums ever IMO. Like some1 else said, way way b4 its time. Some1 mentioned a person leaving DM to Yaz then to Erasure. The person was Vince Clarke, IMO, one of the pioneers in electronic music. He produced sounds for all these bands that was unparelled. He's still with Erasure, who happened to be one of my fav bands. They have a new single out 'Breathe.' OMD - 'So In Love' is one of my all-time favs and who could forget 'Everything Counts' by DM. Also, Allison Moyet of Yaz came out with an album in 1993-1994. Single from the album that was good was 'Whispering your name.' Im surprised no1 mentioned some industrial bands like Front 242?! Awesome band with some bangin dance tunes from back n the day.
  11. Good to know...have always been feeling tribal trance....stuff like Freak's 'Bandhar' and 'The Progress' (one of my favs traxx ever).
  12. nothing wrong with american tea. i prefer oriental green tea due to no additives, the ingredients for the tea i have are pure green tea leaves. i could be wrong, maybe there are U.S. green teas that are 100% green tea leaves?
  13. I buy the tea bags, typically them come in a box of 20. Stay away from the USA produced green tea, I typically buy either Japanese, Korean, and/or Chinese green tea.
  14. Didnt know that about Dons...Warp Brothers? I remember them being more of a hard trance act, I guess they're changing their style...change is always good.
  15. Hype, Good pics...always like seeing some trance in this section.
  16. Since I stopped takn ephedra, Ive been drinkin green tea in the morning, which has the caffeine to get u goin. Typically, I wake up n run b4 work and that does the job. Also, drink it at work thruout the day. Its cleaner than coffee and doesnt sit too much in your stomach. For all that live in Manhattan, Id recommend heading to Chinatown and buying it from the Ten Ren tea shop off of Canal and Mott.
  17. Though I was not a Nikki Beach when Deep Dish dropped Pump up the Jam, it was most likely the one said b4: D.O.N.S. feat. Technotronic - Pump up the Jam on german-based label Kontor. Probably the Dons Club Remake Remix, which is more on the tribalish tip. Friends of mine went and said the set was nice.
  18. i was taking clenbutrx, the bottle with a plastic syringe. Funny how the marketing of it was promoting steroid use, and even the name (similar to clenbuterol). i too was nervous alot esp at work which wasnt a good thing. also, took stacker 3 which was good for the workouts but afterwards you crash.
  19. Stopped takn ephedra after it was banned last year. I havent heard rave reviews about the ephedra free diet pills, but IMO there's a slim chance they work.
  20. They still have that German Hard Trance feel to their music, but Ive noticed recently, theyve incorporated some house, tribalish elements into their productions. Take a listen to 'Ultra Curve.' Theyve always been the best in creating traxx with nice buildups.
  21. Eddy Grant's - Electric Avenue Not sure who remixed it, released sometime between 2001-2002.
  22. Dark Providers (aka Simon & Shaker) - 'Join Us' Sandler - 'Theme Song' Fusion 808 (aka Oliver Klitzing) - 'Let Me Take You' (Derler & Klitzing Mix) **solid progressive hard trance** Steve Angello - 'Euro' Delerium - 'Silence 2004' (Above&Beyond and Filterheadz Mixes) Ultra Nate - 'Free 2004' (Oscar G's Space Afterhours Mix)
  23. Try Googling the song title and include 'lyrics' in your search. I'm sure there's some website out there with the lyrics. That track does bring back some memory esp the J Vicious mix.
  24. There's also Moloko - 'Time Is Now' Couple of good mixes, one being Francois K. I prefer Matt Darey's mix. It was released in 2000.
