1. Aight cool, check out my blog section in myspace and download the mixes from the djs i work with, you might liek em.
2. See thats the problem, you think it mostly attracts whites now, thats a big misconception. Maybe you only go to parties that dont attract enough blacks. Doesnt mean they dont or arent around in the scene. Theres a whole scene where their are no whites either, do you get what im saying?
3. im gonna be there tonight, see ya there.
4. Junior inspiration was Larry Levan and The Paradise Garage and when that club closed he started Bassline to the old garage heads then Soundfactory after first 2 yrs that original crowd, black, gay, latin, mix went to shelter which 17yrs later is the clip i showed you. Victor Calderone learned and was inspired along with Tom Stephan, peter, jp Superchumbo and others by junior at Soundfactory and we just discussed where junior got his inspiration from. My whole thing was dont say something ignorant/moronic that house music is a white person thing. Thats almost as dumb as older black people in the deephouse scene saying the current tribal, progressive isnt house music etc.
5. Junior and calderone isnt really that much diverse. If you wouldve mentioned alma, roots, shelter, blue sky thursdays, pardizo, vibal, etc along with junior then that would be diverse. If you go to clubs like marquee, tenjune, one, where the music is hip hop theres more whites and euros then blacks. Or have you not been to those places yet. Oh yeah check out this video clip of a party that lasted 12hrs this is around 230pm sunday afternoon and tell me how many white people you see lol. Since we are talking bout race now. Its a weekly party thats been around for 17yrs now and is a staple in nyc house scene. This is with the lights on at the final 30-45mins of the party. You use the example of country music, granted that is identified with being white american cause of its creators. But when you say that regarding house music you are very very very wrong.
6. Well for 5/6yrs his weekly parties were at Roxy and gear towards the gay crowd. ANd hes said it himself that he didnt want to stay just with that type of sound. So evolve is only a few yrs and a monthly, dont know if its time for classics. But would be cool to see calderone play classics in terms of his roots. Wonder what all those yrs on juniors dancefloor would sound coming from him. Superchumbo did a classics set at cielo and boy was it great.
7. hmmm i know of MAD 8- WORK THIS PUSSY on beatport.
8. Cielo is my fave club in nyc throw that in with Sullivan Room and Pacha and you have so much diverse music/crowd/scene. Also cant forget staples like Shelter on sun mornings.
9. ive used that to my advantage many times and i love lounges with spacious bathrooms.
10. How old are you? House music was started by the gay black/latino gay community. I suggest you do some more research. Real quick since it seems you like trance where do you think PAUL OAKENFOLD spent alot of his time in nyc during the early 80s. THE PARADISE GARAGE a mostly gay black club with Larry Levan influencing so many people in that crowd who were to become legends. Also i guess it depends on what scene your STARTED or frequent.
11. He pl;ayed recently at pink elephant with david morales, but i missed it.
12. Dj Vibe Stimulus Response and in Pachita DIMITRI FROM PARIS. Now thats a lil something for everyone.
13. Danny T will be at Cielo on May 22nd i believe. And i agree with his bday party at pacha 2 nights ago. Was a great set and def one if not his best set in that space.

Keith is slowing building a name for himself from the dark tribal sounds to the more global progressive tech sounds. Better way to describe his sound one word: AGGRESSIVE. Jason Ojeda and Grammy award winner Hex Hector have been rockin clubs around the world and in their own back yard for the last 2 decades..Tunnel, Limelight, Palladium, Sound Factory Bar, Daceteria,Club USA Pacha and cielo just to name a few. Just last month, the dynamic duo teamed up agian to leave Monteal's STEREO wanting more! As remixers, producers and Djs, they bring an unparalled level of finesse to their soulful style. They should not only be heard, but seen. Their energy together is electrifying! The Urban Relief Project (Sean Cormac and John Cacciatorre) recently celebrated 2 yrs of their residency as part of the Stimulus Response family at Pacha Nyc. From big room beats to intimate tunes theres a lil something for everyone in their cd books and record bags. All four djs roots run deep in the"old school" style but whose sound is always new and fresh! Im very happy to be collaborating with night life diva Christina Visca for this event. 16. Best VIBE of any party in nyc was there once a month for DANNY KRIVITS 718 sessions.
17. Holy snaps i forgot about that party. Also cielo for roots with Louie Vega and Sin Sin for the Soulgasm party.
18. Its the best club in NYC thats all you need to know. Sometimes on weekens it is a bit stricter at the door. Helps to know whose spinning that night. I would actually suggest going this fri night for their 5yr anniversary party. And again on feb 2nd for TEDD PATTERSON. Heres a quick clip of cielo on a tedd patterson night.
19. Well im sure pacha will be 18+ that night and they have hip hop commercial mash up stuff on the 2nd floor/funky room. And in the main room will be Vinyl Life with Oscar G for some quality house beats. Maybe some of your crew will enjoy it.
