I love love loveee their makeup....their dual action powder covers just like a foundation, and you only need a little bit of powder....the lip gloss stays on for at least 6 hours before you need to reapply...and the skin care is awesome...i never usually buy makeup that expensive but i ended up getting it for a wedding...definitely the best $50 ive spent on makeup in a lonnggg time...

i use american crew pomade when my hair is a little wet to spike it and it doesnt make it look greasy or oily but it does look kinda wet. If u dont want it to look wet i guess u should prolly use it on dry hair

yea i work at bebe and we just got a ton of deep plum colors in....i like silver though!

colors for this fall are deep plum and a dark blue/green color (forgot the exact name) - also there will be a lot of black

there is a certain scene that will always wear pastel polos, but you're right, that scene is not manhattan after dark. personally what turns me off the most about the polos is the obnoxious placement of the lacoste/le tigre/ralph lauren logo. the essence of "preppy" has a certain old-money subtlety to it, one with a certain disdain for conspicuous displays of labels. like, it's horrendously expensive, but sssshhhh, don't tell anyone.
again, NOT exactly the mentality you'd find in a club setting though. so i agree, pastel polos as a "trendy" item are certainly on their way out.

They make you an easy target to get mugged, especially in the subways.

i use the ones that wrap around the outside of your ear.impossibe to pop out when working out. get the rubber ones they are easier on your ear
go to target or something simialar and they have a few brands there. sony etc. ithink they cost like 10 bucks
