weyes Posted February 7 Report Share Posted February 7 a friend of my mom's was in a relationship with someone for nine years; they just broke up because she wants kids and he doesn't. that was the only problem in their relationship . i'd hate to think that i'd have to lose who i think is my perfect mate, just 'cause we don't agree on the idea of children, so i'd discuss it very early on in the relationship, before it got too serious.who wants kids someday and who doesn't? I mean they can be cute and all but there comes a time when they have to go BACK TO MOMMY. And I'm not that mommy to go back to! Thank god, my boyfriend feels the exact same way I do. My parents keep threatening me that it's a biological thing, but hell, the closer I get to 30, the less I want some little rugrat brat around to mess with my fun!
