bodiii Posted May 26 Report Share Posted May 26 aerobic activity burns fat...unused cabohydrates and suger become fat...if ya got some chub on ya...a couple situps wont help...running, aerobics...sex...keep your heart rate up like at least 30 minutes a day...fat melts away...also...every four hours...if you do not eat your metabolism goes from anabolic to catabolic...there by eating muscle instead of fat...eat often...avoid carbs...sugars...definitely have a cheat day though...you dont want to be hot and miserable...
