elitesnautica
Yes, I would rather skip a workout and catch up the next day when I am fresh.Just don't let one miss turn into two, then three, ect...Nautica
erica127
i will definitely skip a workout if i am too tired cuz i won't give it my all & to me that's just not worth it..if anything, i will do my abs cuz that's easy for me to do at home...i do feel guilty though if i tke a day off & only work harder the next day to make up for it
elementx
I have done it a few times. I just use that as my off day instead of the regular day.
origskeemr
it depends... If I am just being lazy and I know I cant miss then I will force myself. However, if I know I am just gunna waste my time and not accomplish anything at the gym then I will just stay home.
rackham
Loss of motivation is one way your body lets you know that you need rest. Just don't make it a habit, like elitesnautica said...

Mystify
Um yes definitely! Sometimes there are just days when I cannot work out - either I'm exhausted or just not feeling it....and rather than go and have a shitty workout and get pissed at myself, I enjoy a day off.....I've been skipping the weekends this whole summer....which is fine by me Summer's almost over so once Fall comes, I'll be back going 6 days a week

Personally, I perfer mountain biking. But if you work until 3, I say you deserve a nap.Nautica:zzz:

trancerxn112
being to tired to workout and feeling weak could be a sign of overtraining and at that point its important that you give your body time to rest because thats when injuries happen. Orisha
if I don't feel like it, I go for a walk, so at least I'm doing something..like today...
chrismakk69
If I'm too tired to go to the gym I take it as a sign that my body needs a rest. Sometimes I force myself to go, and I just don't give it my all. So I just say skip it, but don't make it a habit.
