One difference is the amount of protein concentrate versus protein isolate. Isolate is about 10% more efficient, but costs twice as much. It's not worth it. The rest is a bunch of scams, maybe besides vitamins, glutamine, flaz oil, cla...ah shit, but there are a lot of supps that I don't trust. I basicly stick to a great diet and tht helps me grow.
