In my opinion it's not out of style because I just started seeing Von Dutch being worn on TV and that is the first I had heard of it. Peace p.s. I think Ashton Kutcher is a joke and I don't think people look like trash when they're wearing an $85 hat(just a little monetarily retarded but hey that's me:) Make Von Dutch a once a week look, don't sport it everyday. But I'll wear it with sweats and my hair in a ponytail, not with a skirt and stilettoes into a club. I personally don't own any else of theirs only because I never came across anything else I really liked ( except for this one pair of really hot jeans which I am still contemplating about buying )..
