ok, i need help losing weight and i dont eat too much crap, but i eat salads every day, i am a veggie fanatic, and i just cant drop poounds, i use to be like 120 and now im 130, im embarassed i need hep, i am a fat bastid, anyway, can anyone give this heffer a hand????? :confused:

Lower your calorie intake. Do more cardio, and don't pop some stacker 2's.

5'7" and 130 lbs. I would hardly call that a "hefer".

How about breaking down your daily diet, including times you eat, drinks sides, ect.......

Also, include your workout plan.

You need to keep in mind that if you are aging, your normal body weight maybe 130 lbs and in order to go below that weight you will have to do things besides just eating "right".

I on the other hand am a Fat Bastid.

I was 190 when I was going to the gym 4 times a week and was in pretty good shape. I stopped going to the gym in June and now I'm 200 with less muscle and more fat. I'm 5' 11".

Gettin' my fat ass back to the gym soon.

Try to lower calorie and carb intake, up the protein. Eat 3 clean meals a day, 3 snacks. Try not to eat after dinner. Use weights, it tones the body, adds muscle mass and muscle mass helps burn fat. Try some HIGH INTENTISTY cardio and um oh yea.. Try to eat most of your carbs before noon.
