I would hardly call that a "hefer".How about breaking down your daily diet, including times you eat, drinks sides, ect.......Also, include your workout plan.You need to keep in mind that if you are aging, your normal body weight maybe 130 lbs and in order to go below that weight you will have to do things besides just eating "right". I on the other hand am a Fat Bastid.I was 190 when I was going to the gym 4 times a week and was in pretty good shape. I stopped going to the gym in June and now I'm 200 with less muscle and more fat. I'm 5' 11".Gettin' my fat ass back to the gym soon. fldomestic Posted April 12 Report Share Posted April 12 Try to lower calorie and carb intake, up the protein. Eat 3 clean meals a day, 3 snacks. Try not to eat after dinner. Use weights, it tones the body, adds muscle mass and muscle mass helps burn fat. Try some HIGH INTENTISTY cardio and um oh yea.. Try to eat most of your carbs before noon.
