It doesn’t help you get excited – you still need to get some sort of a stimuli – you need to be aroused for it to “workâ€.Once you take it and start thinking of sex or just start playing with yourself – you will get a solid erection that will last longer than usual but nothing really extraordinary.Those incidents of guys with 4 hrs, painful erections are very, very rare.
