IT WAS NOT THE BLACK & WHITE BROS WHO MADE THAT!!!!

It was steve petsis and billy kalo.

somehow it leaked out and someone signed it under that name. They never saw a dime, and they didnt even get ANY credit. Ive saw that whole song develope from the begining to end of production.

Star69 was going to buy it. but then BOOM..it was discovered to have already been stolen and signed to another label under a fake name. No legal action could be taken because it wasnt copyrights. they have all the layers and midi files (individial tracks) on their studio computer, i wonder if hat holds up in court)..most people in the industry know who really made that track, but the average music listener calls it the "black and whitr tribal mix" its really STEVE PETSIS AND BILLY KALO CROWD MIX

u answered your own question

if they got beat to the office to copyright it, they lose.

Im sure those are they're own files in the comp, but legally-speaking, anyone could've gotten those files once the track was out or at least re-created them. Everyone in the industry uses pretty much the same modules and programs so to re-create it wouldnt be that hard. Im not saying thats what they did, but that is what a judge would most likely say to your argument.
