DJ Skribble or Jonathan Peter?

Recommended Posts

IMO they both suck.

skribble is as bad as louie de vito and his stupid dance factory cd's.

jp has a handful of ok tunes..the last times i saw him at spirit were mediocre at best.

it's all about dt hands down.

Skribble is way better and I would pay rather pay money to see him over JP any day!!!

Your constant self-promotion of your appearance in a shitty-ass TV show is beyond pathetic. You have to be one of the most annoying, repulsive fuckwits to ever grace this board, and in that category are phenoms like danwilson, sexybabydunce, jonyquest and too many more to name, so you are in excellent company.

For the record, no one gives a flying fuck about your TV appearance, except for the audience of 12 mongoloids that will be watching that night, which will place the show somewhere in the ratings behind beastiality porn. Congrats.

Get AIDS. :aright:

but JP is really a boring DJ unless your tweked..Tried it stright a couple of times and couldn't deal with JP getting lost in his own tracks.. I could go to any rave or see most quality import DJ's and be totally straight and have a great time..

DJ SKRIBBLE is an unbelievable hip hop DJ he tore my club apart when he did a guest spot.. party was like 1300 strong in a venue that holds 700 has 3 rooms and like 1200 of the people were in his room. never seen any dj do that before at my spot and we have had a ton of great dance dj's

It doesn't matter that they play at teen clubs.. i think they should play at teen clubs to educate these younger kids about dance music because no one else is taking the time to.. In my state every all ages party is hip hop .. sux.. Im not a teenage kid either

\\if they hear it they will listen..//

1300 strong ?? ok try 11,000 strong last NYE 7,000 strong @ factory halloween '03......u honestly can not put these 2 dj's in the same category...some one who held down a 7year weekley residency cannot be compared to an mtv/ktu washed up dj

In my opinion, technically, Skribble is the better dj. He's far more versatile, and can go back and forth between musical genres and fuck around on the one and twos unlike many djs I've seen. Of course, Skribble is a commercial dj, but who can blame him? He's financially set, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. He may not focus his attention on house music production or spinning at underground venues, but he's an undeniable talent. Over the years, I've been to many parties in the Hamptons and NYC where Skribble was spinning nothing but house, and his track selection / mixing was remarkable. Also, at no time during those parties did he bombard the crowd with MTV pop dance music; in fact, most of the tracks he dropped proved that his knowledge of music extends far beyond hip hop and MTV pop. He's very knowledgeable in many genres, including house music, and that is what a true dj should be (in my opinion).

In short, Skribble is truly a dj in every sense of the word, and even though I've had many fun nights at SF over the years, I'd pay to hear Skribble over JP anyday (assuming the party was strictly a house music party).
