Please. <grins>I need to get out of the city. Badly. I love NYC but I'm starting to get that real horrible itch for a view that's unobstructed by lights, buildings and concrete. Ya know...tunnel syndrome.I'm posting because, money is REAL tight right now. I'm soon to be unemployed. Depends on what your looking for???Did you guys end up meeting up last night for a drink. i wanted to but i ended up having a crazy ass end of a day!! I'm probably not as sick of the city as you two are (cause I'm still lovin' it every day) but being able to look a couple miles in the distance without friggin buildings in your way is nice. Miss driving a car too. I don't know any places to get away from things, but I've noticed people are trying to set up ski trips on the board. A little chill, but there are clubs, a massive casino and of course, the Falls which are spectacular! edge420 Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 been thinking of doin some camping lately. i normally like to wait until early spring but i just got a brand new sub-zero sleeping bag so it's all good. in line with that there's always skiing. looks like i'm not gonna make the trip they're planning cause PVD is that weekend. but a nice ride to the mountains for the weekend with half a dozen people or so sounds good. if ya don't ski just sit by the fire and get drunk. i live an hour outside the city, bout 15 minutes from the Delaware River so i don't really have this problem. let me know if i can help ooana. i can always pick you guys up and take you for a scenic ride then drop your asses back off, hehe. btw, it was nice meeting you Saturday. sorry it wasn't such a good night for ya.Todd------------------ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
