As with the pre-4 AM door policy at SF, everything varies on the mood of Paris. Ive gotten in with no ID before 4 AM on a sat night, and ive seen people without ID get rejected after. The door there is basically attutude, both yours and Paris's. But dont count on them being too lenient on a big night like this saturday, theyd rather have the place filled with an older crowd, and there will be plenty of people over 21.

Have to agree that there really isnt a song like the ones we have had in years past, but on an interesting note. I heard "My Love Is Your Love" today on the way to lunch for the first time since it was big, and it really bugged me out. The song is good; but I love when you hear a song, and it just brings you back to remember an awesome night, or in that case, an awesome summer. I busted out the old CD's and listened to it again as soon as I got home.

Your right it is PURE politics. Draper Ive met a few times and he is a really cool guy, but not much of a DJ. But face it, a large number of people who go out are only exposed to KTU and z100 & depend on them for the newest music, so he is catering to the crowd, and obviously keeping the masses at Exit happy, just look at all the people defending him. As for his pay, Ive heard form a quite reliable source that as of last fall he was making UNDER a thousand a night. Now if the crowd really 'packed the place out' every week to hear him, he should take his 2500 fans to a place where he would be better compensated for his talents. Cant agree with you anymore about whats to come for that space though........September the 29th will be a night for the ages. Any news of whats to come of the Friday night party once Jr.'s party starts???? Maybe a quality party? Rotating lineup would be ideal.

I think the sales of most things are legit, ie: bubble VIP chair, posters, awning, but the big ticket items like the booth and the Phazon are just to drum up publicity, the reserves on them are probably insanely high as to prevent anyone from winning the auction. I saw in maxim some company in Denmark has icepops with alcohol in them in drink flovors like rum and coke. They have these girls that you can rent out for parties that walk around selling them, kinda like shot girls. I was there on Friday and had a pretty awesome time. Got there around 130 when Miss Djax got on, and let me tell you she could work the crowd. Good buildup for later in the night. Then Rother came on for like an hr doin alive set. He started out AMAZING for like the first 15 min, but then dropped of a little, kind playin some chill out beats, a little to slow for me to dance to so I took the oppertunity to relax before SV came on. 330 I see Sven coming in and a half hr later he was on and tearin it up. The music got a little repetitive after a while but it didnt look like anyone minded much, me included. The kept buildin it up and droppin it down and eevryone was really into it. At lke 545 the crowd started to thin and me and me freinds called it a night. All in all a quailty night out, good music, plenty of room to danec and twilo of course.
