Ripped Fuel Red Bull (Asian or Austrian) Guru (kind of like Red Bull but fruitier) Ephedrine Energy Bars (any sort but be careful of high protein if you are worried about weight) Those are the things that work for me!!! ------------------

I can honestly say that I have a few extremely great friends that will (and have) drop everything to help me out....and I love them dearly for it!!! ------------------

Take the ephedrine for energy and drink the Red Bull for concentration (or the Ginseng will do it too)!!! ------------------
