A big FU to my work for charging $40 a head to attend the Christmas party-What the hell is that? Like I would relly PAY forty dollars ($80 if I was to bring my man) to sacrifice a Saturday night! Needless to say, I wont be there... Another big FU to this weather, rain puts me in such a rotten mood:(

Ditto. He plays the same songs at the same time every week. AND I HATE that "I wanna dance with somebody" GARBAGE!

Overall, I have to say I ended up having a good time. The music was great and the set up is pretty nice. This place DESPERATELY needs to hire more bartenders though. You had to murder someone to get a drink. Each time I went up, I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get served because they had 2 bartenders per bar. I wonder how the music would be if JV wasnt spinning. I say it was a pretty good night....that is until the ride home. (I MEAN.....any comments Les?!)

I dont know if its the same thing, but I heard some ridiculous song at Exit a few weeks ago about eating cookies. IMO, its an AWFUL song, but I think it may be by Vengaboys.

I was thinking the same thing.....poor Petey K hasnt had such a good year. First, the bombing of Merge, and now this....does anyone have any more info on this? Is Metro going to be closed for a while or what? That sucks, I was really enjoying Metro Fridays.

I went once, back in the beginning of the summer on a Thursday ad it sucked. It was pretty dead, the music was very mainstream and KTUish, and their were a lot of older sketchy people there. However, I have heard from friends that they have gone there since and it has been good. But these are friends that HATE joeys an Metro and places like that, and would rather hang out in Belmar than Seaside. So, i guess it all depends n what your cup of tea is.
