Yes it's real and awful and can carry over for a day or two, I haven't been able to figure out a pattern for it ocurring, i.e. doesn't happen every time I roll. But it has happened. Your brain is looking for serotonin to release (that's what is resposnible for mood, etc and what is released when you drop) but it is all used up from dropping. Levels generally replenish in 2 weeks. 5htp helps to build the levels back up quicker and I have heard that Vitamin C can help as well. I recently started trying this and feel like it has helped fight off the 'e'pression/suicide Tuesday. Good luck and remember that things aren't really as bad as they feel in this state.

Hey, aren't you the guys that promoted the NYE party at 200 Fifth Club? I couldn't verify because the promoters of that party conveniently took their names off of the party website. I've seen a few posts where people have said that they may take a break from clubbing and start going to lounges instead. I have a group of friends, half like clubbing, half like lounges. I'm all set with what clubs to go to but need help coming up with some lounges. Went to Lot 61 and everyone liked that but I have to believe there are more/better ones around. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks.

Uhh, not true Phoenix. I have personally experienced and witnessed this. It seems it is a challenge for these girls to make it a 'complete' outing for their clientele. I was one of the all too many people that attended your New Years Eve debacle at the 200 Fifth Club. On behalf of the 10 people in my group that you shafted for $120 each, I want to express my disappointment and shock at your highly amateur attempt to throw a party and your majorly successful attempt at ripping a bunch of people off and ruining a night that many look forward to. I could go through your points of failure in detail but I will instead just list them briefly: 1. 2 bartenders that were messed up beyond belief either on the beverages they were supposed to be serving or some illicit drugs, supplier unknown, per too few bars to accomodate the number of people that you were ripping off. 2. Too few bathrooms to comfortably accomodate the people you were continuing to rip off. 3. DJs with a limited amount of musical taste, talent and/or repertoire available to them. 4. Was the continuous setting up of the lights throughout the night a feature of the party or are you THAT bad at doing this? 5. Substandard security (bouncers?) who seemed more interested in staying out of the way than helping anyone that might need it or keeping control of the people you were ripping off. 6. And of course, those geniuses you had at the coat check. I enjoyed the 2 hour wait to get 3 of 4 coats back that my group originally checked. Oh yeah, I went and got the coats myself because your people made such a mess of it that even the NYPD couldn't straighten the shit out. Overall, great job!!! Right!! Have you ever done this before? From the way your event went, I would say not. No big deal. Just promote it as an amateur endeavor and don't charge people. Maybe you can get your feet wet and learn from your mistakes and at some point be able to entertain a real event. Taking pills two nights in a row will more than likely end up being a waste. Take a look at some of the websites that will give you detailed information about what happens when you take e. If you do roll 2 nights in a row, don't make it a habit and the 2nd night will probably not be as good as the first. Briefly, e is causing seratonin to be relaesed from your brain. If you takea pill or 2, most or all is released. There won't be any left for the second night, hence the weaker roll. This state of depleted seratonin also leads to 'e'pression. All right. Slow down here. This does work and it does make your role better. No I haven't done it but I have read a lot on it. The idea is that you don't lose a % of the pill's reactants in your digestive system, mostly your stomach. You do have to crush the pill and put it in an empty capsule.
