It's a CLUB banger, reminiscent of nights at Disco....Benny Benasie even spun there not too long ago! I agree it's not my fave song either, but the entire CD should give you fond memories and happy feet.

Like The Art of War, The 48 Laws of Power is an awesome book that also provides fascinating historical lessons that show the laws in action. Naked by David Sedaris - possibly the funniest writer alive, collection of side-splitting essays Gangster - Lorenzo Carcaterra - I picked this up last night and I'm almost done with it. I couldn't put it down, I still haven't. He also wrote the book Sleepers, which became a movie a few years ago. Next I'm gonna read The Gangs of New York....has anyone read that? I haven't seen the movie but there is a saying in publishing: "Never judge a book by its movie!" I'm a total bibliophile, read up to five books a week. Great thread!

Has anyone seen the Subliminal Winter Sessions CD? I was at Virgin last night and immediately picked it up, I knew nothing about it! I love the whole thing, it's all the bangers from the end of summer....listening to it immediately transported me to the Space patio. I don't have time to post the cover and track listings, can someone else do the honors? I suggest you all cop it right away, it's on sale at Virgin for $15.99 too! Oscar G's Live at Space is a banger too, got that the other day. Now I can go home and listen to my music, smoke a joint and watch the snow fall. Hooray!

I like Factory, and I will check out the parties mentioned....I think I have heard Shawn Ink at Disco or Cheetah...and if he plays similar to JP it's worth checking out. Eddie Baez is also a friend of mine and I would love to see him at Factory! JP going back would be nice too, but I don't know about all these rumors surrounding his "departure"....sounds like RG and JP have both had their egos checked and can now focus on bringing the party back, the crowd back, and most importantly, the MUSIC back!

What was wrong with last night? I didn't go because I was in the BED. Crashed after Morillo's afterhours. One of my friends went to Morillo, then Cheetah, then back to Disco for the NEXT afterhours! That muhfucka is CRAZY! Talked to him a short while ago and he was all fucked up, singin in my ear because he couldn't get the music out of his head.
