  1. Weren't you staying at her parents place? They have no obligation to keep you there or to pay damages to you at all. The laws/codes that you have found are landlord-tenant laws that are only applicable to people who have a lease or agreement that will hold up in court. If you were kicked out by her parents, then there's really nothing you can do unless your name was on the lease. I just recently had a problem with my apartment complex, so I studied up on a lot of these laws/codes and as nice as they sound in writing, most places have made damn sure that they are not and never will be in violation of them. From previous posts, it sounds like your case is personal (ie b/t you, your girlfriend and her parents) and like I said earlier, these laws/codes don't mean jack shit in your case (but please correct me if I'm wrong.)
  2. Seriously, the guy is a piece of shit and is getting what he deserves. Rape is a VERY serious crime and it's about time that rapists start getting punished fairly for what they've done. Just b/c they took drugs together does not IN ANY WAY make the woman more or less desserving of what happened to her. That's a pretty narrow minded generalizatoin to make and really makes me realize what little respect you have for women (which you've proved numerous times throughout your postings here.)

    Sore after sex....

You should go to the dr. - it could be the sign of an STD, infection or something.
  4. That's what chronic is - weed laced with crack. Supossed to be a good time....
  5. Never - I think the best way to feel sexy is to always wear cute bras and underwear, so I always wear a lacy, silky, etc. thong and matching bra. Also, if you're responsible and keep track of things, there's no reason why you can't wear these same items during the time of the month too.
  6. Well her father did say that she reminded him so much of her mother that he never wanted to make her upset or hurt her feelings, so I'm sure she was never told no her entire life and did as she pleased. Her father was a cop and let her strip underage and if her and her brother were doing acid on the strip at a young age, it's obvious that they had little to no parental supervision.
  7. Look for the women's formula - it probably has a bit more iron in it to help with your bruising.
  8. Her mother was a Vegas showgirl, close but not really... I found it a little disturbing how much her father and brother supported her, kind of gross when you think about it.

    Hooters

Every time I've been to one, the girls have been nasty and the food has been horrible. Why people still rant and rave about that place is beyond me...
  10. I'm a Baltimorian too - where are you going to school, living, working, etc? It's nice to find someone on here from the area. My company's office used to be in Hampden (where Pecker was filmed) and I hated every minute of it - it's such a white trash place. Now we've relocated to Little Italy.
  11. I bought some off an erowid.com recommended site last summer and was not impressed. First of all, they say that in order to get the best effects, you need to be alone in a quiet, dark room and laying down (so that you don't get knocked over when it kicks in.) I don't do drugs by myself, so I tried it with my friends and nothing really happened. I was a little giggly and kind of felt a little spiritual, but that was about it. I didn't have any hallucinations or visions or anything. Also, we had to smoke A LOT to get that teeny tiny buzz, so we probably could have felt the full effects if we had all night to smoke the stuff. I don't know - maybe I got some bum shit, but I don't think that the stuff is all it's cracked up to be.

    Ladies READ!

Bullshit Flag! Like most "friendly warning" emails, this is also a hoax/fake. http://www.snopes.com/toxins/tampax.asp
  13. You need to talk to your doctor 1st. If you are on a pill like Ortho Tricyclen or Triphasil it will not work. You have to be on a pill that has the same, continuous amount of hormones in each one.
  14. Really? That's odd b/c Xanex on it's own, if I don't force myself to keep drinking, interacting, etc., is enough to put me right to sleep. Anyways, I just don't get what's fun about taking a sleeping pill...
  15. Maybe if you didn't part so much, you wouldn't have "panic attacks." Seriously, you shouldn't even be considering using any drugs recreationally when you're on any serious medication.
  16. Here's a few articles: http://www.naturodoc.com/library/nutrition/margbutt.htm http://www.urbanext.uiuc.edu/greenline/98v1/gl9803.14.html
  17. I just recently switched from margarine to butter b/c I realized that margarine has just as many or more fat grams as butter and why not have butter (which is more natural and better tasting)? What are your thoughts on butter vs. margarine? I couldn't believe when I started comparing labels that margarine is worse for you, but it was invented to be a healthy alternative to butter. Another thing that helps is that a serving size of butter is 2 tablespoons, and when you're spreading butter on toast, you're probably only using about a teaspoon or 2 (same goes with mayonaise), so you're not always going to be eating so much fat.
  18. Don't you hate how uncomfortable that makes you feel? It's the worst...
  19. I do not think it is a good idea at all. If you want to be accepted for who you are and not considered "different" all the time, then you need to adapt to the real world and not single yourself out, which is what a gay high school does. I watched an MTV special on a gay highschool in Texas and let me tell you, these kids were a mess - they had no sense of normalcy b/c it was an everything goes kind of setting. Not a healthy situation for someone who is still so young and impressionable. Not to mention that all it does is offer these kids a haven from bullies, etc. that they will probably never learn to face and overcome.
  20. He's not the only person that has died from it though, or this wouldn't be an issue up for debate. Plus, I've been seeing articles on ephedra-related deaths for the past 5 years or so. Like with any substance, you just never know how your body is going to react to it. You can take the recommended dose and still have complications if your heart isn't strong enough (and how can you be sure that it is unless you are aware of a serious condition like a murmur or something.) I just know that I took Xenadrine for about 2 weeks before I was sick of feeling like i was going to pass out, like my heart was going to beat out of my chest and like I was strung out. Others may not experience these symptoms and be able to take it, but until you know for sure if you can (by going to a doctor for an exam where it is then prescribed to you if you are healthy, fit, etc.), it shouldn't be available over the counter.
  21. Of course I'm exaggerating slightly, but people have dropped dead from it and it's obviously dangerous enough that the gov't wants it taken off the shelf.
  22. Congress is currently trying to ban/outlaw ephedrine (which is in a lot of dietary pills like Xenadrine, Metabolife, etc.), maybe that's it? The shit's dangerous anyway, I think they should. You might as well do real speed if you're going to take ephedrine b/c it's just as bad.
  23. Not that I'm defending Dream at all (b/c I think it sucks as well), but you have to remember that DC is a lot smaller than Miami or NYC and that the DC crowd is a lot more serious b/c almost everybody is somehow related to the gov't there. Buzz at Nation however, was one of the best clubs in America for almost a decade and was no where near sucky. In all honesty though, it seems like lately there haven't been any clubs anywhere on the East Coast to write home about. I think that's b/c the "scene" is def. on its way out the door.
  24. I think you have the choice of paying or simply walking away (which is what I hope most people would do.) But, I'm sure there are people who think that other people in the club will think they're hot shit if they wear jeans and a jersey, knowing that they paid $400 to get into the club. The place isn't even all that either, trust me...
