I prefer Pumas, very supportive and softly cushioned. Get a pair in soft suede, they mold to your foot and feel like butter. I don't like Adidas sneakers. There isn't much ventilation and my feet get too hot. Diesel sneakers may look cute, but aren't too comfortable for a long night out, there isn't a lot of cushioning in the insoles. Saucony is also a good brand. Shop around a little and go for whatever feels right the 1st time you try them on. Remember, if they are uncomfortable when you buy them they may not any get better.

a very young and extremely hyper girl turns to me and says, "OMG! I can't believe they closed EXIT. Have you ever been there? That place is INSANE!!!" My response was, "I take it you have never been anywhere else." She was all "NO!" and looks at me like I was the ignorant one. The crowd was very amusing but Danny never dissapoints, he kept me moving to closing when I left with a smile and an autographed Azuli Choice Classics cd.

Per Dt this morning SF will be closed this weekend, but will open up again next weekend. There are no immediate plans for Exit to reopen, they are being closed due to "tax evasion".

It was a tad too crowded for me but many old skool Be Yourself headz came out of the woodwork this morning, nice little reunion. I was there from 3:00-1:00 and Danny's track selections were key, he definately took me back with a few.

My hunny and I will be "being ourselves"...so nice that Valentine's Day falls on a Friday this year

You have to understand that scenes are constantly changing, it's all about timing...I started at Limelight a few times in '92-'93 but I was a tad too young for the scene, then I started hitting up Tunnel every weekend in '94, moved onto Twilo in '96, then finally made my home at Vinyl in '99. There are many clubs in between, but these had the most impact on me. Each club had it's own effects but as I grew more familiar with partying, my musical tastes narrowed down to specifics...Now it's take me to the house beatz
