I saw they were finally available - question is - are they good like last year where you can use them for 5 admisisons w/ no restrictions? Like you walk to the door w/ 5 people -all 5 spots on the card get punched - and then the pass is done. Or is it only good for 1 admission to 5 different parties?

I was wondering the same - the conference is only 2 weeks away and they have 2 parties announced Has anyone ever been there yet? I'd love to hear if this place is worth checking out b/c its supposed to be HUGE

I hate to say it but there no chance they will cut her a break - as I stated above they checked everyone's ID in my party ( Some of the young girls harder than others) - not just the tickets . Keep in mind that especially around sring break & WMC time the clubs are even stricter at the door. Most of these places are Multi-Million dollar clubs with very strict liquor license policies. The doormen will not risk their jobs and potential millions of dollars in revenue for the club - b/c if something major happens to anyone under 21 in their club they take a chance at getting shut down. Your best shot is to get them a fake ID - without that I wouldn't even waste my time b/c I have seen them turn away people who look way older than 21 for not having their ID on them Good luck

I was looking tonight through wanttickets and saw that the party @ Metropolis in Downtown Miami on Thursday was 18+ to get in Pretty decent lineup and I heard the club itself is supposed to be one of the biggest in the county - something like 35,000 square feet Blank & Jones, John OO Fleming, Sander Van Doorn, Yoji Biomehanika, Christian Cambas, Faarsheed, Palash, Lee Cabrera, Meat Katie, Dylan Rhymes, Trent Cantrelle, Tweek’d Records Artists

Unless she has a fake ID she won't be able to get in anywhere - even if she has presales. Last year they checked everyone in my group's ID even though we had tickets for just about every party we went to. As far as I know there are no parties besides Ultra and Global Gathering that are 18+

I will be at Noctunal before I go to Space - and Nocturnal is right across the street so I'll have a chance to see how things run w/ this 2 AM bullshit. I can always pick up tickets last minute on wanttickets if things are smooth

Thanks man - it is serious bullshit how they treat their customers and my posts are intended only to tell people how things really are. The worst part is they know they can pull that shit because they book the top acts that you can not see anywhere else. I saw so many people last year with presales and Space passes wait for hours in line being told they are "at capacity" - yet when someone heads to the front w/ a grand or 2 to buy a table they have no problem getting in w/in minutes. At least in the end when I wasn't able to use all of the spots on my Space pass for the rest of the people in my group - I was able to get a nice chunk of $$ back from Mastercard on the dispute - but there are probably so many people that didn't even think about that or didn't follow through which in the end was thosands of extra $$ in Space's pocket on admission for people they wouldn't even let in. They definitely like to prey off of people who don't know any better - and as soon as you start to go make any kind of a scene or yell - there are plenty of cops on their payroll to make sure you shut up or else. W/ all that being said - I will somehow find my way into Space for the Subliminal Party and for Roger Sanchez's party. I know Roger's won't be as bad because its tuesday night - but Morillo's should be interesting at the door.

I am a big fan of the whole presale idea at just about any club BUT Space. After all the crap last year of gauranteed express entry until 5 am with those passes and still expiericing 1 - 2 hour lines and hearing people wait as long as 3-4 hours even when they got there at midnight or 1 am - you can not trust anything they say or print. Now this year their policy is if you do not get in by 2 am - your ticket is no longer valid. Wouldn't it make sense if they really had no intention of fucking people out of their $$ to at lease still honer those tickets. You'll be amazed how the fire cheif will all the sudden pop up at 1:30 to hold the line - or there will be some supposed issue why they are no longer letting people in when your $40 ticket is about to expire. IMO people who buy these things are taking a serious chance at getting ripped off with this added stipulation this year and I have said it in another post - MAKE SURE YOU USE YOUR CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE THE CHARGE (NOT DEBIT EVEN IF IT IS VISA OR MC) - I HAD TO DO IT LAST YEAR AND GOT A PORTION OF THE $$ BACK FOR ALL THE PEOPLE I BOUGHT PASSES FOR Space is the only club I have ever been to that pulls this shit - every other club who has presales will give you priority admission no matter what time you arrive - 95% of the time you walk in immediately. Just a heads up to everyone on this who has not experienced the madness that goes on at the door - if you buy those tickets (I definitely will not - Space is all about the terrace in the morning and getting there at midnight to ensure admission is rediculous) make sure you get there really early to minimize your chances of getting screwed - b/c even thought they have gauranteed express admission until 2 that means absolutly nothing.

LOL!!! I can't even imagine how I will feel at that point in the week w/ all the good parties Saturday through Wednesday when I leave - I need to schedule sleep somewhere besides Tuesday afternoon

Space must have some people on the payroll over on the cooljunkie WMC forum - there are about 5 different people over there that say this is such a great idea and they should have done this last year How anyone could think that completely forfeiting your ticket if they don't let you in by 2 am is a good thing?

I do presales for so many big parties here in Vegas, back in Chicago where I used to live, All over Miami, NY - and Space is the ONLY place I have had a problem not walking right in. NOTE TO EVERYONE WHO DOES BUY PRESALES - USE A CREDIT CARD (NOT DEBIT - EVEN IF ITS A VISA OR MC) AS YOU HAVE 3 MONTHS TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DO NOT GET IN I did this last year and had no problems getting some of my $$ back - the credit card company is on your side and its much easier than you think

I really hope they change the policy on "Tickets only good until 2AM" - Express admission guarenteed until 2 AM is a different story - but I could just see people getting there at 12:30 or 1 w/ supposed "no line" bullshit - and the line being held like last year when it was "gauranteed express admission" - only to get up there just after 2 and have them tell you your ticket is no good. At least last year if they made you wait when you should have walked right in - your pass was still good for something.

No major surprises here - I heard the lineup at Suite is supposed to be pretty damn good too

I beleive DT only played at Warehouse last year on Monday and Tuesday - but I am also wondering how the atmosphere is in there - even if the place is not huge, I like that big room feel with people going nutz/good room to dance.
