Do what I did .... book HR now. Cuz its always sold out later. And then when you get closer to the weekend, you can generally always jump ship to another hotel if you want (plus the others sometimes pull back on their rates closer to the weekend).

Those were the dates (and the spelllings lol) that I saw posted on a very detailed local website.

omg. How bout tmobile? $40+ a month, 1000 anytime (comes out to be about 1 hour free per week), free after 9 pm and free on weekends... Would luv to tell you the details about thurs and fri's bashes....really really super cool new peeps. ... Pretty sure its the Hyatt Regency I saw right there on the strip. You wanta stay on that one strip unless you rent a condo for the week, weekend. And morongo is few minutes away (and has that big pool party in one week).

It all depend on what you are getting. People will always pay more $ for more of a good thing. Venetian ... is 169, 349, 599, 199 but that's for a Luxury Suite with King Bed and Sofa Bed (650 sq ft). (the 169 for thur and 199 for sun is cheap)

399 is high for most hotels. HR is not a 5 star hotel. What is has to offer is so uncompetitive with other hotels right on the strip. But, its sold out. Ive stayed in some of the leading hotels of the world in europe and cant recall ever paying anything close to 400 for junior suites with full breakfests etc lol

I booked HR (deposit) months ago and Paris (deposit) on Monday. For someoone who has stayed in 5 star hotels around the world, believe me, HR is not worth $399. Its totally outrageous.

wow that a big diff. yeah, my hr was 199, 399, 399, 199 and now its sold out. So i double booked for paris which is 99 239 319 99 and the rate is nonpublished. And urs is --- 239 349 169 109 Shows how overpriced HR is. I think the paris thurs and sund is really a steal, plus there is no minimum # of days stay. You flying in?

a. You dont judge a venue merely by what you see on the curb. On average, the vast majority what is on the curb after a certain hour in LA is exactly that ... people that are on the curb that ARENT getting in lol. It's called the curb crowd. In Vegas, you'll see dorks n board shorts and tank tops walk up to to a venue. They'll be flanked by chicks in torn t-shirts and ripped apart jeans. Neither of them are probably going to get in. But you dont say the venue is awful based upon these peeps that arent getting in that are standing outside b. The way you review a venue/promoted night is you ATTEND IT lol. You dont stay on the curb and guess whats going on inside lol. For Forbidden City .... Friday that is the best night at the venue ... they just celebrated last week their 1 year anniversary. Ive attended it countless times, including last week. Let me tell you ... last Friday was one of the most packed venues I have seen in a long time. It was wonderful. c. The way you review a venue/promoted night that has existed for nearly a year is you REVISIT IT lol If you attend it in 2004 you dont say that what was good in 2004 might also be good in 2005. Ive attend this night in 2004 many times, and many times in 2005. d. Dont say a venue is awful unless you explain what you mean. We have these dicussions so many times on the boards. Its important, that if you dont enjoy your experience, to explain why ...was the music, the vibe, the crowd, the parking, the pricing, the drinks, the service. And just because what one person might not value important someone else might consider very significant. In summary: in this industry, you dont call a venue/promoted night awful by standing next to the parking meter outside and guessing whats going on inside.
