Need we say more? The words make people in LA shake because everyone hands down knows this is the #1 venue in this town currently. Why go to Highlands and see your entire freshman class all over again or silly tiny bars on the Sunset Strip with a mere 3 or 4 hot people in the whole venue when the hottest of the hot, the most exclusive of the exclusive, people are at White Lotus. What is so great about White Lotus? Decore - A+. Layout - A+. Patios - A+. The crowd - A+. If you think you know how to have a good time in LA, you haven't experienced anything until you've gone to White Lotus. So how you get on the White Lotus guestlist? Two words -- LA Late. 17. If you missed the 18 hour Warehouse Party or the 3/4 mile long warehouse party, get ready for the 3rd (and this one is private and all ages) warehouse party for September from LALate.com and TeenLate.com. From your sites that brought you the incredible NYE Warehouse Party for 2003, the Memorial and Labor Day weekend Warehouse parties, and the Marina Del Rey warehouse party, comes our sixth warehouse party this year -- October 4. Mark your calendars... this venue is smokin and the people .. they arrive all night long and they ... well, generally like to go home with company. If you don't know, the hot upscale crowd has been heading not to the valley, not to the beaches, but downtown all year long, and as more TeenLate | LALate warehouse parties have gotten listed, the percentage of normal Hollywood clubgoers migrating to these parties is on the rise significantly. Turn left, turn right, the crowds you meet in these generally private parties or guestlist parties is from Hollywood, westside, and the valley. The crowds of the Hollywood VIP nightlife scene is rolling the dice and winning with cheaper cover, lower priced alcohol, and generally better looking crowds at these exclusive parties that generally spin house music to a non pretentious crowd in a more intimate setting. Get ready for September 26!
  18. hey no problem. here's LALate's theory on it -- If the other person is interested, then just move it along, move it along, ask them out, get their number, etc. If they say, "wow, slow down, not so fast" on whatever you are doing, then trust us, the next day you'll be content with yourself because you'll know you tried your best. The worse is sitting around the next day thinking "what if I HADDDD done" this and that, because you didnt . Another point - remember people generally go hot and cold. So dont think cuz they are hot one moment they will be hot another time.
  19. Na. It ain't you, It's the girl. If a girl really wants to hang, she's already thought in her mind "I hope he asks" and is waiting for you to ask. The biggest mistake poeple make is thinking if someone doesnt wanta hang THAT week right after you meet them, they just dont wanta hang with you at all. Sometimes people's schedules are busy (work, personal life etc) for a week, even a month and you just gotta have patience. Best techique - if you meet someone, figure out what they like while you're talking with them and suggest something ... if they seem interested, then when you call em up in a few days re-suggest that activity again ... all that will remain is finding a free schedule.
  20. This party was in-cred-ible! Imagine your favorite LALate Warehouse party.... Then add a Sunday evening (with significant improvements over the Saturday operation) ... Expand it over a 3/4 mile stretch.... and .... throw in a ton of friggen hottest 18 and over people groovin their booties off ... And you have a GREAT PARTY! If you missed this, hit up the next big LALate or TeenLate Warehouse party ... one coming in just a few weeks from now. This party rocked. If you think places like the Highlands has people who luv to dance and have fun, that is NUDDIN' to what these warehouse parties offer.
  21. TeenLate.com's 1st Annual Choice for Best Back to School Party! Tomorrow: Sunday! TeenLate.com, your destination for all ages party, announces its Choice for Best Back to School Party, the 4th Annual Los Angeles Art & Music Festival (L.A.A.M.F) featuring Doc Martin and Raul Campos tomorrow. Tonight, we attended day one of this 2-day party and were blown away by how incredible this all ages party is. It is an approximately 3/4 - 1 mile long block party, in the style of New York City block parties, in a huge wide warehouse street in the middle of Downtown LA starting under the historic 4th Street Bridge. The cover is $7 for all day. Stage 1 - Rock and roll (like "Rainbow" on the Sunset Strip) Mini Station 1 - House Mini Station 2 - House (Probably the best house we've heard in ages tonight) Headline Stage - House Stage 3 - Performance Music The event features a 21 and over drinking section next to the headliner stage plus exceptional and reasonably priced chinese food. With the exception of the poor attendance early evening tonight, we give this event 5 stars. The music is exceptional. The location makes you feel like you are on the back lot of a movie studio. Only problem - locating the venue. Best to take 10 freeway, exit Alameda, right on 4th, and cut back down to the location. Print mapquest because you can't get to Santa Fe Street from all locations.
