Very curious to see what the people from this board who went reactions were to his beats. Hes an amazing dj and very young and is def someone to listen too, very versatile in his programming.

well if your not feeling a big room that night im gonna have a party at a lounge in the lower east side, and its gonna be all about dancing till your legs cant take it anymore. If not then well have fun at crobar and or check out the after hrs, should be fun as well.

Well im throwing a party on fri the 7th at a lounge in the lower east side called TUTS but im a dancer and my parties is about dancing and sweating to good beats. So yeah you will find some peeps just chilling but then you will have the dancers goin till they cant move no more. I would say on sat the 8th go to either PACHA for MANNY FREYTES, BASHAR, LUCCA RICCI,JAIMY in the main room, or CIELO for TEDD PATTERSON. Sun the 9th i would say go to 718 SESSIONS at DEEP for DANNY KRIVITS BDAY PARTY, that to me is the best party of the month people from 20-50 dancing till thers no tomorrow, similar crowd to aint nothing but a house party. And that party is from 6pm till 1am. SHELTER gonna open in 3 weeks finally, well hope you find what your looking for. Maybe see you at one of the parties i mentioned.

And yeah i agree about the dancing, def check out DEEPSPACE@Cielo on Mon nights with FRANCOIS K, cielo on weds for Louie vega and kevin hedge, Tues Sapphire lounge with eman n lola, the house dance conference held once a month at the old shelter on 39th street, Aint nothing but a house party held at UNion square ballroom monthly as well with djs jellybean and guest. Danny krivits 718 sessions held once a month at Deep, Joe claussel sacred rhythm party at love every 2 weeks, Dat party held at various places every few months, The melting pot once a month at the nuyorican poets cafe, Temple sun in brooklyn with ruben toro,SHELTER on sats starting on the 22nd of this month at the new location. Theres alot of parties with great dancers and great vibes and scenes, depending on what your into.

well for the past 15yrs danny tenaglia party has been THE PARTY to go to, glad ya all had fun, one of these yrs im gonna have to go myself, was so close this yr.

I hope ya know Lee cabrera is 2 people hehe. And aside from that downloading music for free and illegally is helping the industry how again? yes it expose the music to everyone faster,. but at the same time being that everyone can get their hands on it, it cheapens it in a way when its really released and byt then nobody would really care for it and buy it, unless your a die hard fan or dj. And then the producer or dj doesnt make any money of the so called fans like most other music generes.

But if your looking for a more intimate room with great music check out CIELO for TEDD PATTERSONS monthly VIBAL PARTY. And if you still have energy left for the 9th i suggest you go to DEEP for DANNY KRIVITS monhtly 718 sessions and it his bday party, last 2 of his bdays havehad francois k and joe cluassell come down and play for abit. That party starts at 6pm and ends at 12am, and if looking for something after that go to show or home. And if you r looking for after hrs pm me.

Of course it will be packed, but what im saying is have him play in a jersey venue like studio # and then see how nyc will be just fine without him playing in a nyc venue. His party and his residency really ahsnt meant much to anyone beyond his fans,no great dj/producer has come out of his 7yr residency. No mention about his party in any major music discussion, but talk about DANNY TENAGLIAS 5yr BE YOURSELF residency and you will hear about up and coming djs/producers, djs who give credit to dt and be yourself and magazine publications talking about his residency being one of the 100 greatest moments in club history. So i dont know what imgetting at other than let those who think jp is god (young crowd whos first dj/club is a jp night and so get stuck,) and everyone else who worships him let every owner/promoter make money from him, let peopel overdose, and just let it be, im tired of all this JP nonsense. If you like him fine, if you hate him you have every reason to. But Nyc was fine b4 him without him and certainly with him playing in jersey.

WOW rayray ive only met you once and havent really noticed exactly whats goin on around here with you until recently. Did you really only get into this music abouta yr ago as i read in another thread? And also if true how did you go abouts getting into this this culture.

I would say go thru to CIELO on the 6th for TEDD PATTERSONs monthly VIBAL party ive dance with a lot of ladies celebrating their soon to be marriage, and they all seem to love th music, look into it. Cielo is not abig room about 300 lovely venue witha great soundsystem and tedd patterson doesnt disspoaint muscially. Crowd wise you get a bit of everything music heads, dancers, pretty people, trendy peeps, models. See ya there if you go.
