i dont even know why i'm wasting my time replying, but i have to defend my knicks. for anyone that cares..my analysis of the knicks. if you dont give a rats ass just move on. Problems: -allan houston's injury and massive contract -crawford's shot selection -marbury's inconsistency -lack of size in the backcourt -no coach YET -swiss cheese defense i could go on and on...but heres what we have to look forward to: -top draft pick (can you say hakim warrick, jj redick?) -sweetney's daily improvement -hopefully a great defensive minded coach -unload some players like penny and tim thomas...free up cap space.

i think an ultra nyc would be awesome...although i'm skeptical, these outdoor massive events in the nyc area have all fallen apart in recent years...Homelands never happened a couple years ago - that was supposed to be in Calverton, L.I. also i had bought tix for Mekka which was supposed to be on randalls island in 2001...got cancelled as well... we'll see where this goes...

your right, that Depeche mode song is nice...i also liked Axwell & Sebastian Ingrosso - 'Together' (CDR) i think the set is the kind of mix that would grow on you the more you listen to it...doesnt beat David Guetta's mix though from a few weeks ago...

i just started using iTunes b/c i got a $50 gift card that i need to use up...true, not a great selection of EDM, but certain dj's have more songs than others. i just dl'ed: Dirty filthy - Celeda & Superchumbo Esperanca - DT & Kult of Krameria Closer to me - Chab feat. JD Davis (i think manny freytes played this at Boo Yourself @ IKON...i had to have this song) the thing i like about iTunes is if they have the actual song you're looking for, they'll often have like 5 different mixes of it, so you pick the one you like...but i'm still searching for a good FREE mp3 program these days, soulseek ain't cuttin it...

two nights ago my friends went down to DC to see Tiesto @ Glo (FUR)...they were disappointed...same thing - predictable set, and way too short (3 hrs or so)... i still haven't seen him live, and don't really have any desire to anymore...

the point of Danny's motto is not to enforce a set of rules upon the dancefloor...its more to weed out the nonsense that takes place...whats the alternative? -a club resembling an ashtray -dj worshipping -half the crowd trying to snap pictures on their camera phones -glowsticks which were cool 10 years ago sometimes Danny's lecture gets tired, but theres one thing that remains constant during his nights: its all about the music. just my .02

last summer I did took days off of work for PVD @ CP and Armin @ Crobar, both were on weeknights...I dont regret it one bit, the off-nights kept the crowds to a reasonable level and only the hardcore fans came out...my one regret was not attending DT's closing party, but i try not to think about that
