  1. JP parties have the hottest girls? LOL.......I guess if you're into high school girls; whatever does it for you.
  2. Who ever said he doesn't pack out his parties? Webster Hall does the same thing. Should I assume that it's a great club w/ outstanding DJs every week?
  3. You are right about this. He always plays the same junk over and over (Women Beat Their Men, Deep Throat, GTI, etc.) And don't even get me started about his own productions. They are horrible. Why do you think that no other DJs play his stuff? The fact that anyone would pay $50 to hear this stuff amazes me when there is so much better talent out there that you can see for much less.
  4. The only club worth going to in CT is Room 960 in Hartford. It's small (holds around 300) and has been bringing in some great talent lately (Howells, Donald Glaude, Gabriel & Dresden), and on Thurs. April 20th will be Sander Kleinenberg. Should be a good night.
  5. Yeah, and don't bother promoting those hip-hop/reggaeton parties they have either. No one here is gonna go to them.
  6. They look like the real life version of the ambiguiously gay duo
  7. You gotta love that guy's blowout
  8. The reason JP is making $ is b/c he draws crowds to his events. I will give him that. Webster Hall draws big crowds too; should I assume that it's a great club w/ great DJs? Just b/c someone draws crowds does not make him/her a great DJ. And I'm sticking by my statement that JP can't mix. Were you at his party at Roseland? If you were, you would have heard several trainwrecks. And don't even get me started on his track selection. His productions are terrible and hearing Deep Throat for an hour is enough to make anyone wanna bang their head against the wall. $50 for this party is a joke. But people will still pay. b/c the crowd will consist of a bunch of high school kids who don't know any better and a bunch of old SF heads trying to relive the glory days of JP.
  9. JP himself can't mix to save his life. He uses the EFX box to disguise that fact. Guaranteed you'll hear several trainwrecks the next time he plays. But since half the crowd doesn't know any better or is too fucked up to realize it, they continue to think he's the best DJ ever.
  10. Here's something else you might see there
  11. Hahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaaa
  12. He won an award @ WMC for best European DJ. Well deserved.
  13. Sander's parties are always on point. His last one was great, and I'm sure this one will be too. I will definately be there.
  14. JP will be laughing all the way to the bank. All the high school kids will come in droves w/ their $50 in hand to hear JP play the same junk that he always does (Deep Throat, Women Beat Their Men, GTI, etc.) b/c they don't know the first thing about good music. They'll hear songs looped for hours and crappy mixing done w/ the help of an EFX box and go home and tell all their friends that it was the best night ever; it was the return of SF. In reality they just got ripped off to go hear a DJ who is hanging on to his past glory.
  15. I don't know about that considering it got raided on the very night it opened Not really sure what you mean by that, but all they need is to have some undercovers purchase some drugs and they can do whatever the hell they want.
  16. It's a good mix from a technical standpoint, but I can't stand electro. I don't know how anyone can dance to that sound.

  18. Idiotic guys? Yet you're the one who accepts free drinks from complete strangers at clubs.......that's real smart.
