I've lost weight recently by just changing my eating habits. I rarely eat bread and when I do , it's whole wheat. I cut down on carbs and sugar. It's helped so far..lots of salad and fruit. That works for me. and no eating after 10pm...your body doesn't burn off the calories at night while you sleep

so many questions!....I've stopped many times but the longest time clean was 14 months...I went to jail and rehab but it never stopped me. I finally had made the decision to stop for myself. I recently relapsed cause I gave in to temptation. My habit at it's worst was 10-15 bags a day..all IV then I started adding crack to the mixture and it got real crazy..whoa

the cookbook is very specific...and if you are on a budget you might have problems...it can be very expensive. I tried it for awhile but I don't like cooking everyday so it kinda lost my interest...plus I was broke...dollar menu..
