I would have to agree with you, I have had some awsome moments at the Mayan, Diggers, Diggers and Sasha, PVD.....

I agree with the lot of ya, Spundae is just home sweet home. It is the best venue out there. But I have to give credit to the Vangard, they really made an honest effort to make that venue look cool.

I have to agree about the frickin wanna bees, it's like all of a sudden our scene got hip with the trendy people, so they infiltrated. These are the people who think our scene is all about getting high and finding someone to go home with...dumb arces! But I did have a good time when I went to Rabbit in the moon there. So I think what I always think.. It is very hit and miss with Giant. And by the way, we were contemplating Deep Dish next week as well.

Soo sorry about the friend thing Weyes, I totally know what that feels like. I am glad you have a groovy friend to make you feel loved. But if your ever in doubt just look to us at the message board. Cause we always got love for ya . And by the by, A very Happy late Birthday to a super cool Cappy!

Well ****** thanks for the encouragment, I had lots of fun at T.A.O. My husband and I felt an immediate through back to the good ole raves, We went on the slide,played games, walked around and around listening to all the different music, and suprisingly ran into some old friends. PVD did a great set, it is too bad that he had to leave so early. I was kinda disappointed with Judge Jules, not as great as the time I saw him @ Giant when they were at the Hollywood Athletic. But overall great people, and fun. (this was my first time out, since my loss, and I wouldnt have imagined anything more positve:biggrin: )

I also worked both 24th and 25th, and I say anymore I will totally kill the festive intent of this thread:boohoo:, but even if my Xmas is sad I hope that everyone else's was good and safe.

So it is safe to assume that you had a good time then? How do you think the bar/drink thing will be? Just because I hate feeling "corraled" in like when you go to the Vanguard and they have the 21 and over people roped off.

I was checking the message board but I didnt see any post's on what everyone is doing for NYE... I was thinking about the Sports Arena this year, I fear that Giants' event will be chaotic with so much stuff going on. I have seen Judge Jules before when Giant was at the Hollywood Athletic Club, he was really good. What is on your agenda?

Hey Ms. Weyes... That is soo cool that you won something, even if you might not use it. If you dont go to vegas then lets start thinking of where to go here... And as for WMC I have a cousin in cape coral, florida and is itching to go, maybe we can all go together and share the costs!!! Anything is possible if you really want it.

OOOOhhh but last years event was so great, I really have to applaud Giants' organization for such a large scale event. I went with 4 friends and I felt very low stress. Man O' Man..... Killers, Digweed, and Oaky:drool: I totally had a blast!!! I would go this year but the only one I really want to see is Digweed, he always kicks butt:rock: And anyways I thought you were treating for NYE with your new BIG $$$$

But for those who live in Vegas, $100 is about right. think about it, we stand to shell out about the same for Giants' event. I do however agree weyes, that the combination of hotel and event is just to much to bear.

I have seen Seb 3 times in the last 5 years, the first time was at Giant when it was where Spundae now is, that was a fabulous set. The other 2 times I saw him, I gotta say wasnt lovin it too much. So now I am a little reluctant to go to a Seb show. But all the same glad ya had fun:)

Well sounds like you had a blast...good for you:) As for big space, how do ya make it work... these were my exact thoughts the first time I went to an event at the orange show. 2drum and base d.j.'s same giant warehouse. But when put back to back sound going in opposite directions it worked.. I dono we'll have to see. Take Care hon.. Hoping to party with ya soon:beer:

Hey tsg, I so agree with you circus or "Spundae" on Sat.'s is definitely a great place, especially since they expanded. And I love Cole.. he always has a hug for me and friends... And as for sandieman this place is located on Santa Monica closest major cross street is highland it is behind a club called "Arena" at least thats what it use to be called...good luck:beer:
