What do you guys eat???

This is what I started this week... most of my shakes are with juice... at the end of this month when I start working out to get shredded, I will change to milk and/or water if my stomach can handle a water shake.

Breakfast 8:30 - Protein Shake (Whey)

10:30 - Can of Tuna

Lunch 12:30 - Grilled Chicken Salad or Turkey/Swiss on Wheat

3pm - Protein Shake (Cassein)

Dinner 6:30 - Chicken and Vegetable

PostWorkout 8:30/9 - Protein Shake (Whey)

Before bed 12am - Protein Shake (Cassein)

egg whites, non-fat milk, 1% no salt cottage cheese, turkey, chicken, steak, tuna, grouper, snapper, veggies (in the broiler), fruit (pre-workout), spinach, shrimp cocktail, turkey sausage, oatmeal, wheat or rye bread.

Breakfast -

5 eggwhite omellete with 30 gram side (buffalo meat or turkey sausage) + protein shake (22)

Lunch - about 30 gram protein sausage + carbs

Midday - 30 grams various protein

Dinner - 30 gram sausage/buffalo + carbs

Preworkout - 30 gram again

Post workout - 30 gram again plus shake (22 gram)

And still not enough grams of protein lol.

i mean i dont have the strictest diet... i limit myself but i also eat some stuff i enjoy... u cant all say that u actually enjoy all those things can u?

do u ever just eat what u want?

once you get into a routine, its not bad at all. i started my diet for vegas/summer and its not hard at all. I let my self have 2 slices of pizza on sunday night so i dont crave too much during the week. sometimes i dont even want the shitty food on sunday cause i dont crave it anymore. (only thing i miss is drinking on weekends :( )

my usualy day is:

7 30-1 and half ww bagle ( i have to stop with that)

-1 and half ser of peanuts

-about 27g pro shake

1030-eas low carb bar

130-2 ser of kashi good friends

-1 and half ser of peanuts

-about 25 g pro shake

400-another eas pro bar

600-2 ser of oatmeal and chicken

right after a workout i drink about 70g of pure carbs

half an hour later i eat a ser of oatmeal and 40g pro shake

around 1030-11 i drink 20g ure pro shake

I basically stick to chicken.

Sliced turkey, Chicken Breast, chicken cutlets (grilled). I love chicken and dont need to eat anythign else. I only have around 5-20g carbs per day.

Ive been doing the chicken thing for a longgggg time. Got used to it. Gotta take alot of vitamins and energy boosters. Low carbs makes you lazy.

Im crashing also b/c im going to Sobe on the 25th of this month (march).

I let myself go alittle during the winter and now im feeling it...sucks. Ive been losing around 5-6 lbs per week.

The drinking on the weekends is what messes me all up.
