jimk29 Posted February 10 Report Share Posted February 10 i used to be such a gym rat and very much in shape..i haven't been able to work out in over a year due to a car accident and i feel flabby and not what im used to.but by no means am I 'fat'me too.Then I moved to the suburbs, and between commuting to and from work, commute to the gym, and the fact that I tore my rotator cuff for the second time last year...needless to say I don't make it to the gym anymore.
