1. It is such a travesty that happened, it makes me speechless. I'm still waiting to hear from friends in NYC that I still don't know are ok or not. I hope everyone on this NYC board is ok, that your friend's and family are ok and if you have lost anyone, I'm gravely sorry and I just wanted to let you all know that we're saddened by what happened and our hearts and prayers are with all of you in this time of crisis. If this would have happened anyplace else in our country I'm not sure people could have handled it as well as you cats. Take care and good luck rebuilding your city.

3. What's the exact dates you'll be here?
4. Drei's is your best bet for afterhours...it opens at 3AM. It has the best crowd...not all tourists like a lot of other joints in Vegas...plus a lot of em are cheese. Ask around when you get there, I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
5. I guess I need to fly out Risa and tastyt for some DLish-us lovin' as the sun sets on the beautiful Malibu shore.
6. Not only are Gemini women and Aquarian men good sex mates, we're good soul mates too. I love Gemini women...you're just my speed.
7. PhOeniX...where the hell have you been???
8. Luckily for me, every day is spring out here.

OK, Choose....

Definitely an hour of foreplay and 5 minutes of sex (intercourse). What fun is it if the girl doesn't warm up and get off a few times??? Foreplay is much more fun, yea ladies, even for us (some of us). 10 years ago I probably would have answered differently though.
10. I definitely think "pussy has a face". But, going hoggin' isn't that bad. I used to do it all the time (and not when I didn't pick up at the end of the night). A couple friends of mine and I used to see who could get the biggest girl from the start of the night. Just because a girl's big doesn't mean she can't be beautiful. I'm not talking about the big ass, pig faced, wart on the nose chicks, but big, beautiful, busty attractive girls. They're out there and they're usually pretty fun. But, I agree, there's nothing better than a tight assed beautiful girl...but don't knock the biggins'. Just my two pesos.
11. Porn stars do it for $2,000 and some for less, of course some get paid more. Shit, for $2,000,000, I'd consider letting a girl shove a dildo or two in my arse. [This message has been edited by dlish (edited 04-03-2001).]
12. Or if it's Donald Glaude behind the decks, it's him yelling that at ya.
13. Damn, I feel for you all...it's been raining here for two weeks and everyone's bitching. Snow is another level of discomfort, but it was a nice change when I was back there over the holidays. Hang in there.
14. I was back in the city over the holidays and saw this show. Fucking amazing...the best live performance show I've ever seen...it tops the show they have in Vegas...better performers for sure. Gotta give NYC props on shit like that. ...theater/performance art, etc. here sucks. But, we do have the weather
15. Yo Spheric...I get in on Saturday...actually a whole crew from the LA board are going to be out there. I heard Erik's flight plans are delayed, so I don't know if we're all meeting up Saturday now or not...what's the hap's on Saturday? What's Centro Fly all about on Saturday?
16. Ok, NY peeps...I get in on Saturday (my first time in NY at an age I can enjoy it)and am looking for something to get into Saturday night. Is this the best spot? What's the music/crowd like? Guest list hookups? Does anyone here go to Body and Soul on Sunday? Help a brutha out.
17. Cool, opinion noted...and it's not scientific fact about the driving thing, but everyone I know would say the same thing. I'm not saying "kids, drink all you want then snort a bunch of lines cause it'll make you sober then get in your car and take a road trip", I was just saying that it helps me get home safer after a night of drinking a lot(and I get free drinks at all the clubs out here) than if I tried to get my drunk ass home without it. Neither is safe. Neither should be followed. But, doesn't everyone in NYC take cabs? So, that's probably not an issue there...in LA, you HAVE to drive everywhere...public transportation sucks out here. Don't drink and drive. Don't use cocaine. Don't use any drug for that matter. But, if you are or going to by choice, be responsible, both to yourself and others...that's all...peace to all you flavorful east coast heads...no disrespect intended Sirdante...who knows, maybe we can grab a cocktail (or do you not drink) when I get out there. Happy holidays and be safe.
18. I have to agree with B2B here, actually I think we've talked about this before. I've never seen violent behavior caused by C, only violent behavior caused by violent people. It doesn't matter what they take, C, alcohol, I've even seen a fight with someone on E. It's a person's personality and if they're aggressive or not that makes them fight, drugs are only an excuse. About the popularity...I was a teenager in the 80's when it was popular and yea, it was more expensive (around $200-250 a ball). I think it's coming back for the same reason trends go in 20 year cycles, for fashion, music, drugs, etc. The 80's are coming back and nothing can stop it. Teenager's from the 80's are now becoming young professionals, or whatever, and making some loot and wanting to party before they get old. They've burned out on E (like me) and C is safe (once you've learned to handle it). As long as you do drugs and not let them do you, it's all good. You just have to be responsible and remember all drugs are bad for you, it's each person's "choice" to use and what they use is their "choice". Just be responsible with that choice and don't hurt anyone. For someone to get on someone's ass about using one drug and saying another is ok, is just plain hypocritical. B2B knows what's up as I've heard his argument about this before and it's always intellectual and well thought out and since it's by someone with experiences it makes it even more valid. C and alcohol do go hand in hand...especially when you're too drunk at a club and need to drive home (I guess NYC heads don't drive though, huh?)...a few bumps and you're sober--this also helps when you're gonna leave with a "not so attractive female"--a few bumps and it's like "whoa, what the hell was I thinking, I'm outta here." Now, for a new thought, I'm coming to NYC for the first time from 12/23-1/2...I want to check everything the city has to offer...from good record/clothing stores to clubs...also, what, in a NYC native's opinion, will be the best NYE party?
19. Partytime--I'll hit you up when I get out there or right before I leave and stop by for sure. Eddie is the shit. Joey--Hell yea, I know the Wicked Crew, Thomas is the shit, I totally forgot he lived in NY. I just talked to Garth recently about playing down here, Markie's played a few times. I'll call Garth and get's Thomas' phone #. Thanks for the info and I'll definitely check that out. Maybe we could grab a cocktail (or whatever else) when I get there. I'm looking forward to meeting some of the heads on this board too...it's always entertaining listening to the NYC conversations...our board is livening up a bit, but you cat's take your clubbing seriously and I like that and I'm ready to tear it up. Til then...Peace!
20. I'm a promoter in LA and I'm coming out to NYC for my first time (yea, unbelievable, I know). I want to check out everything NYC has to offer. I also want to talk to any promoters about swaping residents. Bring some east coast house out west and some west coast house back east and help these dj's build their names. I promote deep house/garage clubs, so I'm looking for the same. I'll definitely be hitting up Body & Soul, Vinyl for DT. I have to hit Moomba up, as the owner's just bought the club I promote out here and will be re-opening it as Moomba West and I have a meeting with them about staying on and promoting their club out here, so I need to see what that vibe's like (even though it'll probably be different out here). Any other suggestions? I'm not into the big, commercial BS clubs that play progressive trance (or pop as I call it), but since I'm there I have to check them out I guess too. Any guest list hook-ups would be appreciated and recriprocated if you ever come out here. I'll be out there from Dec. 23 to Jan. 2. So, NYC peeps, give me the 411.

I'm with you Bungee...that sounds like the 80's...numerous casual unprotected sexual encounters with Tony Montana mounds of coke...I'm glad I made it through unscathed as well. Sounds like all the youngsters are using their heads...good show, protect yourself. Yo, Phoenix (and anyone else), I'm coming out to NYC for my first time from Dec. 22-Jan. 2...I hope someone can show me a good time while I'm out there (I'm sure of that). Looking forward to meeting some of you and tasting true club life. It's going to be nice not promoting a club that month and I just want to have a good time while I'm there with some good peeps.

Oh shit, then I guess I'm at 1.
23. When I was going to college, I was working for a law firm and I had a quickie in the elevator with one of the secretaries...too bad she was married, but when you're 19 you don't think of those things...we almost got busted on the 8 floor when someone got in, so we moved it into one of the conference rooms where we had more privacy...needless to say she got a divorce later that year.

You wouldn't believe me if I told you.
25. Cool, thanks for the replies...I'm wondering if I should keep my club there (if they want) when they re-open it as Moomba or move to a new venue? I'm sure they're gonna dump some major cash into the venue (which is already has mad atmosphere) and totally pimp it out...My crowd is a mix of house heads/celebrities/industry, and since it'll be new, I may want to stick around. Peace to all the east coast house heads.
