well if you got straight hair, i'd split it down the middle and have 2 braids. if you got thick hair, i'd frizz it up into an afro and wear a scarf/neckscarf as a headband. if you got anything with fringe - fringe vest or fringe pants.. any wedge sandals or platforms.. jeans, obv flared as much as possible.. any tie dye shirts you may have.. fresh flowers in your hair.. round colored sunglasses.. have a joint in hand. watch "Almost Famous" if you need more ideas.

no, do not show an ID with their real age. chances are, you won't have to show anything - basically, go to bars where there is no bouncer sitting at the front. a lot of bars unfortunately have that these days. when i was ~14, i'd always head to stingy lulus - 8th and ave A. the place used to have singing/dancing drag queens, but all of that is gone. but they still serve (i dont recall ever getting carded there). on orchard street, head over to bauhaus/orchard bar/the bars next door. no carding, so i recall. on st marks place, there's grassroots tavern and bull mcgabe across the street. good luck!!

roxy on fridays are now always hip hop, except for certain nights they feature a big name DJ (such as Paul van Dyk, DJ Tiesto, Deep Dish, etc). however, i do not know of any big name DJs coming to the roxy on August 1. i would recommend going to Arc for Danny Tenaglia & co.; it's 18+ (but no alcohol).

so whats the point of having this poll? it's the same song everytime the words "tunnel" and "limelight" are brought up. you have all the newbies asking "when is it opening again." you have all the old skool heads saying "ahh memories." it's like a broken record.

what difference does it make to you whether or not is it gone? do you own this board? people will do substances. i'd rather there be a forum where people can openly talk about these types of antics so that they won't hurt themselves. i do remember in the past that many posts were put up for shitty pills that have put people in the hospital. and things of that nature. i'm sure it's helped the people that post there or just view it.

Shrooms doesn't give you as much of a mindfuck as LSD. strong LSD makes me feel like i am losing my mind. i don't think i'll be doing it ever again. the times that i had the best shrooms (amsterdam), i got strong visuals and felt really cracked out afterwards (kinda like a E crash). but just smoked it off and was all good. i prefer shrooms over tabs anyday.

anyone try the one that sprays you with self tanner? the people use like this airbrush type machine to use self tanner. that's pretty cool and MUCH safer than tanning!

good stuff! they ran out of everything in my size, but was able to get a few good shirts there for ~$55 (women's). i decided what the fuck, go on a shopping spree so i walked down to pink and bought even more shirts on sale for ~$70 each!! thanks for reminding me of these places, now i got a shitload of yuppie shirts to wear to work!

it sux. never anything worthwhile. unless you have a ton of time to dig through shit, i wouldn't recommend. haven't found anything the last 2 years. they are stock full of things that never sold.
