  1. um Saeed and Palash fuckin' TORE THE ROOF OFF!! i was so impressed with DT's openers. those 2 definitely have improved over time. damn if they keep bangin' it out like that, i'm definitely a believer in tribal house!!
  2. uh, hollister is OWNED by abercrombie!
  3. i work at an investment bank, it's business casual which is cool. for the record, whenever the men in my bank have to go to client meetings and they get all dipppped out.. tie (preferably ferragamo, hermes), tie pin, jacket, cufflinks (tiffany), crisp shirt..
  4. sorry, too cheese trance for me. he fuckin' ripped shit up the last time he was at the Roxy. i was expecting something like that - hard techno beats. it's annoying to hear the same old shit again. i was pleased with only a few of the harder, techno-ish beats.. otherwise, once i heard "As the Rush Comes" i was looking for the exit. otherwise, good chillin' with my peoplez.
  5. give me a smooth drink and a line.. i'm good for the night. i think coke kinda snaps me out of being a drunken mess. i still feel drunk, but more coherent.
  6. i took 16 pills of coricidin cough & cold. i wouldn't recommend this b/c there is an antihistamine ingredient in it that can hospitalize you. i took the risk, i was stupid. take something that only has DXM like Robitussin Maximum Strength cough syrup (or generic equivalents) and Dexalone. if you want the exact dose, just type in DXM into google and you'll get tons of info. anyway, it'll fuck you up. the closest i ever got to a k-hole without taking k was downing those 16 pills of DXM. i was fucked up for about 10 hours. i went through every emotion in the book, fell into a DXM hole, was acting like a complete ass. overall, glad i did it once. don't think i'll do that again since i can afford other substances.
  7. also got 2. will post them soon. both on my back.
  8. no rudeness man. i even attached the thread for your convenience aight?
  9. no it's not loud enough teklord. and no, the promo for $25 is over.
  10. seems aight to me. as long as you got a cute face to back that shit up!
  11. oh ok. like those undershirts that CK is famous for. yes, not bad. but not so tight that you can see your ribcage and nipples. it's a thin line b/t looking nice and looking like a juicehead.
  12. basically, a wifebeater? i think it looks good if worn at the appropriate time and place. actually, it's my favorite look. broken in pair of jeans, wife beater, clean sneakers, messy hair (no gel shit)..
  13. yes, it's usually called "magic straight perm." if you walked into a korean salon and said you wanted the "thermal reconditioning treatment from Asia" i think you'd get some pretty strange looks. where do you live diablo? maybe i can help you out in terms of finding a good salon.
  14. The only place outside of raves that actually had Chicago hard house. Damn.
  15. yeaps, my hair looks like that! but not as long and i got it cut and styled so it's a lot more wispy at the ends. my other girlfriend got it done once 1 year ago and for some reason it still makes her straight! she just needs to blow dry it a little bit and it looks just as great as when she got it done. man, i'm giving my hair secrets away!!! use it wisely girlies.
  16. you're supposed to allow the balls to breathe. the thought of sweaty balls pressed up against a pair of sweaty pants disgusts me. i don't think you need to rock huge b-ball shorts, but variety is key. if you're dressed casual, baggy, straight leg jeans look hot. if you're going to wear more "dressed up" jeans, a little tighter is fine. so i can imagine what your ass looks like in it. yum.
  17. please refer to the other thread in this SAME forum with the SAME title. i wrote essays addressing your questions. quite frankly, i don't think it's a good idea for a guy to do it. i think you'll look like Moe from the Stooges. http://bbs.clubplanet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=177824
  18. no doubt.. don't take things for granted, God can seriously take away those things from you in a blink of an eye. it's the worst seeing your parents suffer. you grow up thinking they are invincible.
  19. weed, sorry to hear about your mother and i hope everything will work out for the best. yes, it is curable as long as it is taken care of ASAP. even if she doesn't want to, you and your family has to make sure she gets treated and get surgery done to remove it. just be there for your mom and your family. not to preach on your ass, but this is NOT the time for you to run away, chill with your friends and think you can just forget about everything. the chances of your mom surviving and staying strong will increase if she receives the love and support of her family, her son, her loved ones. infiniti, once your fuckin' mother or your girlfriend suffers from breast cancer, hopefully you'll get it through your thick skull that it is nothing to joke around about.
  20. Oh ok, I know where that is. It's near the Voodoo Lounge (I went to a rave there once, haha!) and the defunct Victorian Lounge (it's a korean joint now? weird). Yes, Singapore I'm SURE will have it for really cheap. I am told that even if you pay $150-200 you can get it at the best places, with the highest quality of shit, at least in Taiwan, HK, Korea.
  21. Hotbarbie, where do you go on Bell Blvd to get your hair done? Is it on the 2nd floor of a building across from Slate/Byzantio? Just curious. Koreans are a small community in Queens. The first time I got my hair straightened, I got it done for $150 also. But it was really crappy. My hair was damaged afterwards and so I am weary of places that charge so little (unless I was in Hong Kong or Korea). I'd go ahead and make the investment and spend the extra dough. As I was getting it done for $300, the stylist pointed out the damage that was done to my hair previously - and that was over 2 years ago!!
  22. it's not any more harmful to your hair than getting a regular perm. i don't know what the exact ingredients are, but obviously it's a chemical process used to treat your hair. and yes, $300 seems like a lot - but divide that by 8 months = you're look at $37.50 per month you're spending on not having to use products, blow dry, or any of that shit. well worth it. everyone compliments me on how shiny my hair looks and how well done my hair looks all the time. no matter how much effort i've put into it in the past, it never looked like i stepped out of a salon when i rolled out of bed. and now it does.
  23. yea, you definitely can't curl your hair for awhile, but i think it's worth since you don't have to do anything with your hair for 8 months and it'll stay slick straight! so here are more details: you will be at the salon anywhere from 3-5 hours (depending on length of hair). after your hair is treated with the chemicals, a good salon will put in something called coating. this tightens the bonds in your hair, makes it shiny and very smooth and helps reduce the appearance of split ends and such. the cost is $300+. if you have really long hair the price will obviously increase to $400-500. but try haggling (and be nice!). or the least they can do is keep the same price, but throw in things like a trim, shampoo/massage, etc. i go to a korean salon in queens called bon jour (along northern boulevard in flushing). if you are in the city, go to 32nd street (aka korea way). any of the korean salons there will be able to assist you - there are TONS there up on the 2nd/3rd floors of the buildings. after it's done, you can't use conditioner for about a month (i don't know why). but it's ok, you really don't need it b/c your hair is straight and very manageable. let me know if you have any more questions/concerns. good luck!
  24. yeaps, i did post this, thanks chica! have fun at your ibiza trip you lucky bitch (i read this on another post). anyway, yes, this stuff is for real!! i get all my bags from this site and it always comes with a card of authenticity and everything. i've even brought my prada bags to the stores to get repaired. thank me later!
