so i drove down to 6th and alexandria today, and i couldn't find it. although i am the queen of the u-turn and am known for often being late and/or lost, i thought i had a pretty good idea of where recovery was supposed to be. and alex had once said, "just follow the music," which made perfect sense to me. but when i got there, all i found were very quiet restaurants, and not many people, in general. no sign of twenty-something nightlifers spending a sunday recovering from a saturday (or whatever ). was it not on this weekend, due to memorial day? is that what happened, or did i just walk right past it? can anyone help me out, here?

thanks for the page, ou812! hopefully i'll find some that work there . the first one you showed is a perfect example of the ones that don't work for me, though; all that they ever do is hurt my neck and back. of course, this must mean that i'm not doing them correctly, but i've tried to do them for years with no success . and, as i said, i already know a great oblique exercise, those have always been so easy and have yielded great results; isn't it fabulous when there's something that does that ?

sassa, ya got any good ab exercises? i've never been able to find any that don't do anything besides hurt my neck and back, no matter how hard i try to use my abs and not my neck and back. i have a good exercise for my sides, but not my upper and lower abs.

as memorial day itself approaches, keep in mind that holiday pay (for those who work jobs that are open on memorial day) is a very good thing . tune in tomorrow.

i have never seen mutsus. but i live in the downtown/chinatown area of l.a., so maybe that would help. i'll ask my roommate, who's chinese, if he knows where to get these.

during the period that that ad was running, i was really tempted to go to jack in the box with a big red lipstick squiggle on my face like jack's and order the sandwich, pronounced all off . i'm sure a lot of people came in and mispronounced it like it was done in the commercial, but did anyone draw the squiggle on his/her face ?

there's no use in assuming that an event in the future will turn out badly. even if making sure that it is a pleasant or successful happening is beyond your control, its fate is not sealed - one way or another. why choose to be upset over something that may be just fine, or even great ? tune in tomorrow.

that sounds tooooo cool!!! that would also eliminate the pain of having to glance up and down at my directions, sometimes in the dark - having to lift them up in the light of other cars' headlights.
