speak up to those in charge about the work environment you deserve. if you are swimming in work, let your boss know so that things can be taken care of more efficiently. if you don't have the resources/materials you need, ask for them. if you work long hours, get noticed (and paid ) for them! these are tough economic times and companies are cutting back like crazy, but they need to know that they are losing out overall if the work can't be done effectively. tune in tomorrow.
