When you are termed a "Senior citizen" by the U. S. Gov't (I believe it's 62 or 65), you should have to periodically retake your vision and road tests to ensure you are not a danger to other drivers.

The 1st dj was a great crowd warm-up, got the happy vibe going. Manny Ward was excellent, lots of Danny tracks, but a lot of unknowns thrown in to give it a great mix. The system was def louder when he came on. I think he replaced Mac C as my favorite "Be Yourself" DJ (No offense to Mac C, he kicks ass @ Centro along with Ali). I saw a lot of old-time familiar faces I haven't seen around Vinyl parts in a couple years, was nice. It was a little empty when we got there at 3, but quickly picked up and stayed nicely packed till about 6,then the crowd started to dwindle. I didn't get to hear much of Antranig, I left @ 7:30, a pre-party @ Filter made my dancin legs weak. Overall a well spent Friday out...but MAMA, PLEASE COME HOME!!!!!

Danny wasn't there last night (Vinyl personnel advised he will return from Ibiza this week) He is scheduled for the 20th & 27th according the flyer.

basically spun a Classics night. The crowd was messy and packed, and unfortunately most were not there for the musik. A lot of "Danny tracks" and were easily recongnizable, here are a few: - Touch Me (he opened with this, I knew the musik would be great) - Walking on Fire, Evolution - A Bit Paranoid, Different Gear - Stop Foolin Around - Spin Spin Sugar (oldie but goodie), Armand Van Heldan - Finally, Kings of Tomorrow - Message in a Bottle (thank you Aaron) - Walking into the Sun, Weekend Players - Lady. Cuba Computers - What I Want, Marisa Turner (I was in heaven) - Dream On, Depeche Mode This was my 1st and LAST experience with the Hamptons party scene, but for the numerous bad experiences, Danny dropped continuous hits to counter-act BTW: I only paid $40...but still too much for that place, IMHO
