A 17-year-old is now in jail for allegedly dragging a 14-year-old girl from a park in east Amarillo and raping her. He's charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault. In a statement to police he told them he believed the girl wanted to have sex with him when she quote "broke his bracelet".
