I would have ordered another drink from her, and then refused to pay for it based on the fact that the guy at the bar was only charging $9. The only reason she's getting away w/ this shit is b/c no one is confronting her. I would have made a big fuckin scene just out of principle, and if they wanted to kick me out, fine. At least I'd feel better about exposing some piece of trash who is ripping people off.

Call them and demand that they re-schedule the interview. Tell them all about the history of Twilo and how it was so important to the club scene and that parties like these don't come around all that often. If they don't understand this and refuse to offer you a flexible schedule to accomodate your partying lifestyle, it's unlikely that you'd really want to work there anyways.

Anyone who says trance is dead in NYC is retarded. Anytime Armin, PVD, Tiesto, etc. come around, they always pack the place out. Armin's had 2 consecutive nights in a row at Crobar that both sold out recently. I don't think any house DJ can make that claim.
