mizlissa Posted January 5 Report Share Posted January 5 Always, I've been programmed.I worked in a grocery store when I was 16 where secret shoppers ran amok and we were given ratings constantly.We had to look EVeryone we came in contact with in the eye and say, "HI! HOW ARE YOU? CAN I HELP YOU?" If a cat walked in the door we'd have to greet them, shake their paw, and show them to the cat food.Haven't really been able to shake it off.
