Spending time at gym

There is absolutely no need to go over 90 minutes. Any more than that will decrease HGH levels and actually do more harm than good over the long haul.

While lifting one should be able to get done in just a little over an hour.

Cardio sessions should last no more than 45 minutes.

If you do a combo, than you can push it to 90 minutes - starting with wieghts to deplete glycogen and then doing cardio.

lol i usually do classes... one weight training class for an hour and then a cardio class for an hour... or i go for an hour and 1/2... an hour of weights (usually the class) and about 30 minutes of cardio... i dont talk at all in my gym. i dont go there to socialize ;)

weights first, cardio second. It will burn the stored glycogen levels and you will get more fat burning during your cardio session.

yea me too... i'm usually bouncin off the walls for an hour or so after... burns extra cals :aright:
