CoPa99
I remember tons of glowsticks for Draper parties at Exit in 2001...I was a rookie in the NYC club scene at that time so those things were amusing to me...That club was nutz for Draper in those days... danihawk
glowsticks are such a funny thing...they are so lame but a lot of people thought it was so cool a few years ago. Even in Philly where I was back in the late '90s they were EVERYWHERE. A couple weeks ago at Crobar this little old Asian dude was hopping around with them wearing sunglasses...my friend put his sunglasses on me and he was doing them in my face thinking I was rolling (I was sober)...funny stuff. deepsee
yah i was thinking the same thing. that room looks very wide and too deep for avalon but it could be the perspective. I have seen glowsticks at NYC parties since the early 90s and honestly, up until a few years ago you almost always saw at least ONE person glowstick-dancing.during Tedd Patterson's night at Crobar some girl came up to me and thrust a glowstick at me and tried to show me how to hold it, as if i had never seen one before LOL.
